“What was your first Capita board? Where did ya get it?”

My turn.

My first Capita snowboard came my way in 2003. It’s a proto type 157 cm Cut n Paste series. Pro model for one of my favorite snowboarders at that time @tylerfuzzybunnylepore

Our son Luke was born in Feb 2004. This board was a tribute to him and his challenges ahead. Everything in my life shifted in a positive direction with new motivation and purpose during these special years.

I’m all in.

One thing I’ve learned since then, brands are not products. Brands are the people behind the products.

My dad always told me to surround myself with good people and good things will happen. No words have ever been so true. I have found these people.

There are way too many humans to thank in Seattle and beyond, you know who you are.

July wrap up. Lil late cause I got a promotion or w.e. 🥸. Had to do some work as a manager or w.e. 🥸. Great boulder routes this month. Riding bikes, feeling liked, v synched. Moving next month. Ziggys going surfing somewhere for the next 2 years. Great month 8.5/10👌

Electric Forest Chronicles: Part 3: Met many incredible artists, @chrislake and I even got to experience his mind-blowing set backstage! 🎵🔥 Shoutout to @djcelestica and her awesome boyfriend @x.fader for making it so I didn’t get kicked off stage LOL 💫 I can’t wait to do it all over again next year!
