ROAD TO STATE: @honesty.taavao has been putting some serious work in this off season and it’s paying off. She’s now benching 160lbs and you can see there’s 175lbs in that push! She holds majority of the 6AM CREW records:

Bench: 160lbs
Squat: 365lbs
Dead lift: 320lbs
135lbs: reps: 6
Heavy Ropes: 45 Jumps

TOTAL: 845lbs

There’s 1,000’s of high school boys that’s not coming close to this, just to put some things into perspective of how impressive Honesty is as an athlete. She’s explosive, fast and prepared for a great senior year overall! STUDENT ATHLETE!

Wrestler approved! 🏆💥
Big shoutout to our girl @honesty.taavao for stopping by to fuel up. When you’re putting in work on the mats, standard chicken and rice just doesn’t cut it! You need that home-cooked flavor to hit the macros right.
Thanks for the love and the good review!!

Drop a 🍗 in the comments if you’re ready for next week’s drop!
