This birthday🎂🎉🩷 I wanted to do things a little different. I'm so thankful for my friends who helped me get through this past year. Through the ups and downs, I really love yall down! We started out with our warm up:
100 Jumping jacks and 100 side lunges (50 each leg)

Workout—3 sets of everything !
50 burpees
50 jump lunges
50 jump squats
50….plank to squats??? 😵‍💫
Total of 150 of EACH exercise!!

Don’t cheat yaselves stinks! Get it done.
