Made a Hummingbird Cake with the @hongbake_ round pans. I love the way the cake turned out! I just should have waited a little longer before I frosted it. Needs more icing between the layers. I also used @bigtreefarmsbali brown coconut sugar in this recipe.
•••Hummingbird Cake•••
3 Cups @pillsbury All Purpose Flour
2 Cups Brown Coconut Sugar @bigtreefarmsbali
3 large eggs @nelliesfreerange (room temperature)
1 Cup Oil
@molinavanilla (measure with your heart)
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans or walnuts
2 Cups Mashed bananas (the riper the better)
1 small can of crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut a parchment paper round for each cake pan.
Pour all ingredients into a bowl. Do not beat!
Pour batter into the prepared pans.
Bake in oven for approximately 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
Enjoy! #whatsjettbaking #doit2whit #whatsjettmakingnow

I’m in love with these baking sheets from @hongbake_ 🥰
The cookies baked up evenly. I used three different kinds of pans just to see how they turned out. These chocolate chip cookies are going to the guys at @autozone in our community who helped my husband replace the front headlight on my Kia Soul. #payitforward #hongbake #whatsjettbaking

Hongbake Diamond Texture Baking Sheets combine even heat distribution with improved nonstick performance for reliable, consistent results.

The raised diamond texture on the base reduces surface contact between food and pan, helping promote better airflow and more even heat circulation across the sheet.

Crafted from heavy-gauge 0.8 mm carbon steel, these rimmed baking sheets offer stability under high heat while resisting warping over time. The reinforced nonstick coating improves food release and makes cleanup easier, whether you’re baking cookies, roasting vegetables, or preparing full oven meals.

A subtle pearlescent finish adds depth and elegance to the surface—designed to look as good on the counter as it performs in the oven.
