Camp gave me more than just memories it brought me closer to the Lord. I’m leaving with a stronger faith, a greatful heart, and a reminder that God is always working, even when i can’t see it.🤍✝️

TYJ for the sweet friendships, meaningful conversations, & everything in between Pine Cove has given me! Jesus has shown me time and time again that He is the only foundation I want to build my life on!! When everything else fades, His love, truth, and faithfulness remains!! FEAR WILL NOT FIND ME CAUSE I’LL BE DWELLING IN THE HOUSE OF GOD!!! For the last 12 years, I have spent one week out of my summer at pine cove. I cannot put into words the amount of impact this camp has had on me.
This year our theme was foundation. We talked about how important it is to have your foundation built on Christ. I cannot begin to share how perfect this theme was for my last summer as a camper here at pine cove. This week was filled with so many amazing memories with the best people.
To Scratchy: thank you for being such a light in our cabin. You are such an incredible counselor and I’m so lucky to have gotten you as my very last one. you brought so much happiness to our cabin and so much wisdom. Love you forever!
To Unc: thank you for pouring into us all week. As our adopted counselor, you didn’t have to spend as much time with us and you did, but you wanted to. You showed up time and time again for every moment you could be there for. You chose to spend time with us and get to know us as if you were our counselor. You brought so much joy and love to our cabin and I am so grateful for that. Love you so so much!
To my cabin: I could not have asked for a better last cabin. I truly feel so lucky that each and every one of you were with me this week. Thank you for bringing so much energy to our cabin and always being willing to do the fun stuff and make the most of our senior year at shores! I love you guys so much!
To Shores: thank you for bringing me back my love for camp. If I didn’t come last year, my life would be so different and I’m so grateful for all the fun times you have brought me. Thank you for always making the most of every situation and making our week so fun even if plans for changed.
I truly can’t believe my time as a camper is over but I’m so ready for this next chapter. Thank you so much Pine Cove for shaping me into the person I am today!!

I am beyond blessed to be able to go to @pinecoveshores

The joy this place brings me is amazing! All of the people I have met have truly changed my life! But my relationship with the Lord is what brings me to this camp each year! I’m so sad my time at pinecove is done, but I pray I can go back someday as a counselor to show other girls what wonders Jesus can do!
