Aloha everyone🤍I love the spirit of Aloha deeply. Feeling it, reflecting on it, on how it is expressed and felt on a daily basis, I came across Sri Marana Maharashi quote "you must love all and help all, because it is only in that you can help yourself". Looking at the countless forms of hate and micro-agressions growing faster than anything I can actually think of right this minute, one could only wish this behavioral/moral encouragement to be a given. Yet here I am in my wildest dreams, hoping this would become mandatory. I vote yes a thousand times. No wait, infinitely I vote yes. I keep asking myself what kind of madness needs to strike us then, if obviously the one creeping in only makes us immune to kindness, compassion and tolerance. Be the rage and the hate, feel it all but let it go, yell, shake and let it go. Then go take care of others, serve, serve anything good and helpful, smile, even just half ass but smile, listen, really listen versus "talk at", open, really open, not pretend only to then be striking back right after. BE KIND. BE KIND. Just that. To yourself first if you can. Much🤍 #aloha #kindness #loveisallthatmatters #loveisallyouneed #compassion #heart #openyourheart #belove #listen #bepresent #helpothers #loveyourself
