Casper is a Hufflepuff ✨️✨️

His defining traits line up very strongly with Hufflepuff:
kindness, loyalty, empathy, patience, and wanting friendship rather than power or recognition.

Casper repeatedly chooses to help people even when other ghosts ridicule him for being friendly. He also tends to judge people by how they treat others, not by status or strength.

If the Sorting Hat were weighing the houses, I’d rank him:

Hufflepuff — 90%
Gryffindor — 7%: there’s real courage in repeatedly approaching humans and standing against more aggressive ghosts.
Ravenclaw — 2%
Slytherin — 1%

The important distinction is that Casper isn’t primarily brave because he wants adventure, and he isn’t driven by achievement, cleverness, or ambition. His core motivation is simply, “I want to be your friend.” That is about as Hufflepuff as it gets.

So if Casper walked into Hogwarts, I think the Sorting Hat would barely hesitate: ✨️“Hufflepuff!”✨️

Casper fits into @buildabear outfits. They are a bit bigger, but as a seamstress, its no issue I cant fix! 💙👻

Meeting Chris Perez with my bestie @andrew.selena.collection 💕 A fellow world record holder. He has it for largest Selena collection! ✨️ Such a special evening together meeting such an icon. Andrew got his certificate signed by Chris 💜 I got to ask Chris if he liked Casper. The movie had really touched him on grief. It came out right after Selena had passed 😭❤️

I showed Chris the scrapbook of Selena clippings I made when I was 8 years old. He signed the photo of him and Selena for me. Made little Vanessa a happy girl. ❤️❤️❤️

He also said he loved my energy!!! 🧡 That just made my month. Such an unforgettable wonderful time. Chris is such a light, I can see why a beautiful soul like Selena loved him so much. 💜 Thank you to @pmtssanantonio for having him!

Just in time for the 31st anniversary Casper celebration! 👻
My bestie @ashleyworholofficial came over for my birthday to create this beautiful one of a kind special peice of art for me.

What makes it even more special is my beautiful soul sister from New England, AnnMarie sent over in speedy haste, some foliage from her home in Massachusetts! ✨️✨️✨️ She knows how deeply rooted I am to New England and all of these handpicked by her with love are so meaningful! ❤️❤️

Of course I go visit Camden Maine, the filming location of the Casper movie often. So I always gather up sand from the beach there. And I was lucky enough to find a jar of sea glass at an antique shop there as well. They all really tie in perfectly to this piece!! ✨️💙✨️

This special art is filled with so much love. It is so cherished already!! ♥️♥️ I am so incredibly thankful to be this loved. And to have this special peace in my home!

Also the moon from my friend @hiddengemhollow years ago! ❤️
I have had it for so many years. And I feel it's finally found it's forever place! It was beyond perfect and meant to be!
