Behind the scenes // sablefish edition 💪🏽 What happens after we finish each fishing trip? As direct marketers, we don’t offload to a fish plant. Instead, we hand pack each fish from our hold to a tote destined for the freezer container on the barge headed south. Then we truck our fish to each of our restaurant partners. Steak frites Chicken cutlet in the most delicious diavola sauce When in the bay, oysterssss The greatest dessert of all time. My favorite was the Greek yogurt with the tart cherry syrup Best ham and cheese croissant I’ve ever had Kouign amann perfection Delicious simple matcha with no frills (besides the cold foam option which was a great treat) Freshest albacore poke (literally ate this for breakfast) Again, no frills matcha Latkes and pastrami bites… how could it be bad Honestly best stadium fries Mezcal and melon cocktail to die for

This weekend, we celebrated OMEGA+ - our algae-based omega-3 supplement that’s highly bioavailable and designed to be eaten with food 🫧 Here’s a recap of Uncracked’s OMEGA DINNER PARTY 🪩. We had a dinner menu, written by nutritionists, to make it nutrient-dense and high in omega-3. The menu was made up of the HIGHEST quality ingredients, including @rendic_ranch @seatopia @patagoniaprovisions. And most importantly, we had the freshest oysters (and men…😉🏄‍♂️) from @hookfishco. It was a wonderful night to celebrate all the benefits of omega-3s with our community ♥️

This Tuesday! Join us 6-9 at @hookfishco in the @prooflab beer garden (Mill Valley). There will be live music, great local raffle prizes, screening of @nearmissfilm followed by Q&A with our shark researchers. We had a great time last year and can’t wait to celebrate again Oct 13th!
