NEWS FLASH

This is the 1900’s anymore & you don’t need 20% saved to buy a home! Depending on the county you’re buying in, you can get into a home with as low as 3.5%, 3%, or even 0% down🎉

Let’s talk LOCAL 👆

Your local and regional #homebuilders have an obligation to one party only: the buyer. That means they build, work & incentivize with you in mind.

IBS 2025 was one to remember 🫶 One of my favorite parts of this show was seeing and spending quality time with our current clients. So so blessed.

Met a lot of new friends along the way & I’m excited for what’s next 😊

If you told me I was going to have a 50pc, 12yrs ago, I would’ve smiled and said “not even in your dream pédro”. 😭.

But you would NOT tell me that i was going to have a 50pc, 6 years ago! S/O to @hoops_coachjp for the 2nd pic 🤣.

But even if you told me I was going to have a 50pc someday 3 years ago, I would hope for it to come true! 🙏

If you told me I was going to get a 50pc someday when I was freshmen in college and even a sophomore, I would’ve laughed and played it off as in “yea, sure, just give me the ball then”, or “naaah, lets go for something more realistic.” 😵‍💫

If you told me I was going to get a 50pc last week, I still wouldn’t have believed you and laughed as if you were crazy for even saying that! 😂

But today was the day I hit 50pts, broke the scoring record at adams state and the scoring record in the rmac conference and it was such an unreal experience and was definitely one of the best moments out of my whole basketball career!

I would like to thank my coaches from when I started to play this sport who continue to reach out with their support & love, i would also like to thank all my supporters and basketball fam bc believe it or not yall were a part of what happened today!

I COULD NEVER FORGET TO show my appreciation to my team and the whole coaching staff and athletic faculty for wanting this for me as well.

Finally I would love to share my appreciation to my family. Im so grateful for my family and the support and love I receive from them. The talks I have with my dad will always be cherished bc that was the man who taught me everything i know about hoops! I still look up to him for advice til this day, he still teaches me new things til this day!! Overall I am grateful I had gotten to experience this moment with my team and coaches and I’m so grateful I got the chance to do this for my family and basketball family to witness it. Im still trying to figure out these emotions, but ik i’ll probably get over it the next time i get in the gym lol. 😂
