So we headed down the mountain to ALAÏA BAY to relax and catch some waves! 🌊🏄‍♂️

After two hours of surfing, my friends showed up! 🤙🔥

Scary, but surprisingly fun! 😅🧊

Definitely wasn’t planned, but somehow I ended up falling into a crevasse. 😂

Luckily, I didn’t go in headfirst — that would’ve been really bad!

Not gonna lie, it looked pretty cool down there! ❄️

Muay Thai is more than a sport—it’s a culture built on respect, discipline, humility, and continuous self-improvement.

Every time I step into the gym, I learn something new. Every training session helps me improve my footwork, balance, reaction time, coordination, core strength, conditioning, and focus. These lessons carry over into my snowboarding and surfing.

Thank you to my coaches and training partners for sharing this amazing culture with me.

Always a student. Always growing.

So grateful to have completed this summer project with Janet.

More exciting work is still on the way, but first… Japan for training. 🇯🇵✈️🏂
