A Special Visit as We Begin a New Chapter in Dubai

It was a genuine honor for @neorgana ® and @hope_amc to welcome Dr Dominik Duscher , CEO of MUSE Cells Innovations (MCI), to our facilities in Dubai as we officially introduce our Pediatric NeuroRegeneration Programme with @dezawamusecells ® to the region.

It was a wonderful opportunity to spend time together, exchange ideas, as well as the exciting possibilities that lie ahead.

Bringing together Professor Mari Dezawa’s pioneering work, Neorgana’s experience in Pediatric NeuroRegeneration, and Hope AMC’s expertise in paediatric rehabilitation is something we are particularly proud of.

Above all, we share the same ambition: to continue advancing the field, improving patient care, and opening new possibilities for children and families around the world.

It was so special to finally meet @omarnovelomedina in person, someone who has played such an important part in Lily’s journey and in the progress we’ve seen since her MUSE cell treatment.

What strikes me most about Omar isn’t just his knowledge and passion for MUSE cells, it’s how genuinely he cares about the people and families he works with. He gets to know you, listens, tailors the approach to the individual and continues to check in long after treatment. I’m also fairly convinced this man never sleeps 😂

The way he speaks about his work tells you everything. He genuinely wants to help people and give families more possibilities. And I’m so excited that he and @neorgana are now bringing MUSE cells to @hope_amc here in Dubai, giving more families the opportunity to access this treatment closer to home.

Omar, thank you for everything you’ve done for our Lily, for answering my endless questions and for being such a genuinely good human. We are so grateful to have you in her corner. 💛

Watching those little legs work, one step after another, is just amazing. Every step takes so much coordination, strength and determination for Lily, and she just keeps showing us what she can do.

🇦🇪 NEORGANA DUBAI — REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN

The next chapter of our Paediatric NeuroRegeneration programme is officially beginning.

Through our partnership with Hope AMC, families in the UAE, across the Middle East and internationally can now register for the Neorgana Dubai Programme, with the first treatments starting in November 2026.

How to get started:

1. Reach out to Hope AMC or Neorgana® and request the registration form.
2. Complete the form with your child’s information and medical history.
3. If you have not yet spoken with us, we will arrange a videocall with one of our consultants to review your case, answer your questions and explain the programme.
4. Eligible patients will then proceed to medical assessment and treatment planning.

We are officially on the road towards decannulation and hopefully one day saying goodbye to Lily’s trach.💛

Lily has started capping her trach, which means putting a small cap over the trach so she has to breathe normally through her nose and mouth.

We started with just a few minutes at a time and she has now worked her way up to 30 minutes, three times a day, with no drops in her oxygen.

From here, we’ll slowly increase the time each week until hopefully she can manage being capped for all of her waking hours.

The next big step will be her sleep study in December, where they’ll see how she manages capped while she sleeps overnight. If all goes well, it brings us another step closer to having her trach removed completely. 🥹✨

A huge thank you to @hope_amc, Ms Mansi and @jalilachildrens for helping get our Lily to this point. We are so grateful. 💛

CME PHYSIO… according to Rio 😂

Today at @hope_amc with Aysegul, the plan was a new CME (Cuevas Medek Exercises) challenge.

Rio sat on my knee watching very carefully as Aysegul built the setup.

He looked intrigued.

Then came the massive cheeky grin.

And that should have been our warning. 😂

Before anyone could stop him, he got down on the floor, announced:

“Where’s Rio?”

…and promptly stuck his head inside the rolled-up mat.

Apparently, in Rio’s mind, this was now either:

1. A tunnel.
2. A hiding place.
3. A very comfortable new sensory den.

Crawling through it was clearly the dream… had that been even remotely humanly possible. 🤣

He stayed there, completely relaxed and very pleased with himself.

Meanwhile, Aysegul’s actual intention for the exercise was slightly different… 😂

Never a dull physio session with this young man. 💚

Thank you Aysegul for always going with the flow… even when Rio rewrites the session plan entirely. 😂

Trying something new with Lily 🤍

This week at @hope_amc, we’ve been introducing CME - Cuevas Medek Exercises - a therapy that challenges Lily’s body in lots of different positions, often with less support than she’s used to.

The idea is to encourage her to find her own responses to gravity, activate her muscles and work on balance, head and trunk control and standing.

Some of these exercises look so simple, but for Lily they require SO much work. And I love seeing just how much she keeps trying through every single one. 🥹💪

Another little piece of the puzzle as we keep giving her brain and body opportunities to learn. ✨
