Seth Olenick and Gimpy at the opening reception for the “Portroids 20 Year Retrospective” at Brooklyn Film Camera in Brooklyn, NY. I’ve known Seth for 10-15 years (exact date unknown) and have been a HUGE fan of his photography (you’ve likely seen his work before, but if not, check it out immediately at @funnybusiness and @smotown and @hoppingbaldy). I only just met Gimpy at this event, but follow @gimpydoesstuff also 😉. November 2023. #setholenick

All packed and ready to go to Montreal. Dad says we’re going to eat something called poutine which is french fries, cheese curds and gravy. I’m hoping to make some international friends too. Stay tuned…

Sometimes my hunger gets the best of me, and I don’t look first before I eat. That’s what happened when dad took me to a photo shoot, while we were in Toronto, that he was art directing for a @hersheys s’mores board game. Cardboard, plastic and foam are good, but not as good as s’mores. Sometimes you learn lessons the hard way.

If you’re going to be in Los Angeles, I recommend the Reuben[s] and Ham[m] sandwich.

We all make mistakes. It’s whether we learn from them that really counts. (Please note: I’m almost done sitting shiva for this one, so please stop sending all the fruit and meat baskets.)

When @jennalyonsnyc insists on being the photographer, you drop the “but I’m a photographer” bravado and give in to her expertise. You know her as a style icon, HBO Max star and general badass, but to me she will always be my coolest babysitter. #tbt #jennalyons #fashionicon #palosverdes

Wow! What an amazing birthday night at @benihana it was! I got to spend it with good friends and @halleberry even joined in on the celebrations when they sang Happy Birthday to me. When the chef told us she was behind our table, we all thought he was joking, but this zoomed in screen grab from a video by @laconso proved otherwise. 40 is off to a good start...If my fellow Leo, Ms. Berry, wants to let me know where she’ll be spending her birthday, I’ll sing to her as well. #benihana #halleberry #birthday #happybirthday #thisis40 #leo #leoseason

No this is not a current member of a @fifawomensworldcup team. It was the 80s. This hairstyle was cool. Get off my back! #teamusa #soccer #futbol #80shair #hairstylesofinstagram
