One thing about Doc is, he got his fill of yoga, pets, and treats from the good people @yoga_ontap and @hoppyyoga before that 🐾🧘🍻 Let’s celebrate this sweet boy’s life as we raise money for the furry friends at the @mcspca who are still waiting for their families. This Sunday, 5/19, 10:30am @cartonbrewing join us for yoga and a craft beer. 100% of proceeds will be donated to the @mcspca. Sign up at the link in bio

Thanks all who reached out as I took a break from IG. I personally messaged you but if I missed you, it wasn’t intentional. Im still limiting it and getting back into the real world 🌍 more and I feel great along with other mental health services.

Extensive social media use has been proven to affect mental health and distort reality for many users.

As an artist using it is a necessary evil 👿 but I’m not going to Uber do it or engage as much as I used to (especially on Instagram) Hope everyone is doing well. Peace.

Happy #internationalyogaday 🧘🏼‍♀️
I have such an immense amount of gratitude for this practice that helped me find my voice, taught me to feel confident in my own skin, provided me with lifelong friendships, empowered me to sit with my shit and take an active role in my own healing, and kept me sane throughout the toughest months of quarantine, among many other wonderful things. Forever in awe of the power that yoga has to create change, on and off the mat.
