October is here, and it's time to put our health in the green light! 🚦💖

Early detection saves lives, and awareness is our strongest tool in the fight against breast cancer. Let's spread the message, support one another, and encourage regular screenings.

Drop a 💖 in the comments if you stand in solidarity this month!

One year ago, I officially became a Rotaractor.

I joined the Public Image Committee with a heart to serve, learn, and contribute. I never imagined that just one year later, I would be officially handed over as the Vice President of the Rotaract Club of Ho.

Growth begins when you say yes to opportunities.

Grateful for the trust, excited for the journey ahead, and ready to serve with purpose.

Here’s to a year of impact. 💙💛

From Then to Now we’re Still Rooted in Impact! ✨🌱

Rotaract Club of UHAS-Ho collaborated with Rotaract Club of Ho during the Rotaract Week Celebration '26 to plant trees at Ola Girls SHS.

Now, as we mark May – Environment Month, we’re reminded that sustainability isn’t a one-day event… it’s a continuous commitment 🌍♻️

Let’s keep showing up for our planet. One action at a time

Not just planting trees; planting responsibility, unity, and a greener future. 🌍🌱

Together with the Rotaract Club of Ho and the amazing students of Ola Senior High School, we celebrated Rotaract Week by giving back to the earth.

One conversation can change a life, and this one did.

In July, we took the Paradigm Shift Project to Ho Bankoe R.C. Girls, creating moments of courage, clarity, and connection.
The smiles said it all, mentorship truly matters. 💫

I will be joining the Rotaract Club of Ho for a Leadership Talk on Self-Development.

If you are in Ho, pause everything and come through! Let’s have an engaging conversation on how to build the systems that fuel your continuous and holistic growth.

Young innovators in Adaklu Kpogadzi amazed us!

With guidance from the LIFE-MAC Africa #stemize team, they built real-world #stem solutions, from robotics to security systems, proving that with the right opportunities, #children in #Africa can #innovate.

Last Saturday, as part of the #RotaryClubofHo’s 40th anniversary celebrations, LIFE-MAC Africa delivered the STEMize Project to Adaklu Kpogadzi Salvation Army School with remarkable results.

Learners actively built seven (7) curriculum-aligned #STEM projects, including:

💡 An automated lighting system using LEDs and a photoresistor, along with other light-based projects

🌡️ A climate control system with humidity and temperature sensors that trigger a DC fan

💧 A water level monitoring system with buzzer alerts

🔒 A home security prototype using ultrasonic sensors to detect motion and trigger alarms

🤖 Robotics with Firefly IO’s Xplore Bot, which is made in Ghana

In one day, students moved from theory to #innovation, applying #science and #technology to real-world solutions. These experiences sparked curiosity, strengthened problem-solving skills, and demonstrated the potential of young minds when given the tools to create.

Let’s keep opening doors for Africa’s next generation of innovators. Support the STEMize Project or donate a STEM kit today: stem-campaign.lifemac.org
