Don Q was a blast! Safe to say my first professional show was an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the season has to offer. Thank you to @colorado.ballet @coloradoballetacademy and of course @erica.fischbach for this amazing opportunity. I am so grateful that I got to do what I love on the professional stage!

Started October off right seeing one of my all time favorite ballets!! And to see Horus dancing opening night was incredible. I am so proud and happy for him, seeing him follow his dreams and do what he loves. Full circle for me as this was the first ballet I was in with a professional company when I was a student, I fell in love with it on the spot.

For Horus Hudgins, fitness is about more than getting stronger, it's about building a foundation for lifelong health.

Now officially an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, @horus_dee is passionate about combining evidence-based training with sustainable habits that improve the way people move, perform, and feel every day.

Inspired by experts like Dr. Andy Galpin, Horus believes understanding why training works is just as important as the training itself. From prioritizing core strength and posture to making recovery a daily habit through foam rolling and stretching, he knows long-term progress is built through consistency, not shortcuts.

One milestone he's especially proud of? Reaching a 200-pound bench press after just six weeks of focused training, proving what intentional programming and dedication can accomplish.

Your fitness journey can inspire someone else's. Take the next step with the #1 accredited fitness certification. Link in bio.

I had an amazing weekend at @universalballetcompetition in Tennessee! I am so grateful to have placed 3rd in classical, 7th in contemporary, and 1st in duo/trio. I am also very grateful to have been awarded a @bw_academy scholarship and short stay. I want to thank @alabama_dance for all the support and hard work you put into getting us ready for these competitions. I am truly so thankful for everything you do!
