Celebrating recent moments on and off stage with this fabulous bunch 💋

••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

• Explored a very bumbling Baculus in Der Wildschütz (Spring Scenes) with @sirikrosness, @ra_ch._.ael, and @phoebe__edwards.

• Stepped into the zany (and very high-heeled) shoes of a rather glamorous Dr. Malatesta in Don Pasquale (Summer Scenes), with a vivacious Norina: @tilly.goodwin.

• Brought Ralph to life in the premiere of Alessandro MacKinnon-Botti’s raucous new chamber opera, Meet the PHILIPS, with @mirotreharne, @panxiaopiano, @sjpark101, and @aj.mkn.

Looking forward to more operatic shenanigans to come 🤭

A very lovely few weeks filled with even lovelier faces!

Very grateful for the opportunity to explore Catalani’s La Wally which, though not without its difficulties, has been a joy to work on with insanely talented peers.

The last few months have been a stark contrast of emotions, and I’m particularly grateful to my friends and colleagues for their unending support. It has struck me what a balm music is for all ills and hurt, and what a privilege it is to tell stories through that music.

Spring term Opera Scenes!! Had so much fun living this regency-era fantasy while getting to share the stage with all these absolute legends last week🫶🫶
