CELEBRATING my beautiful niece Bella as she graduates high school👩‍🎓🎓!

There was something extra special about watching her and her classmates make it to this milestone. They suffered such unimaginable losses while in middle school during the 2018 Camp Fire. They literally narrowly escaped the flames and then were forced out of their homes and the town many of them grew up in.

They lost, not only their homes, but their school, friends, classmates, stability, and in some cases loved ones. Their parents lost their livelihoods, and so many got separated as they were forced to find shelter and rebuild elsewhere. Then the pandemic hit, and more losses were endured as they launched into high school.

But with years passed, incredible community support and loads of personal resilience -- the town rebuilt, my family rebuilt their home, and many friends were reunited to complete their education together.

The speeches at last night's graduation were like nothing I've ever heard prior. This group of graduates is walking away with a level a strength most of us could never fathom. After what they went through with the fire and then the pandemic... they are ready to take on anything!

My niece and these students are truly an inspiration, and I can't wait to see what they all do as they embark on their next chapter. I am so proud of you Bella Rose @tzunomii 🌹!

LIVING HIS BEST LIFE! Adopting Juice Box Wilson has brought us so much joy. He has been the best little gift sent to us by our beloved Barbie Wilson, who crossed the rainbow in October 🐾🌈.

Rescuing has without a doubt been the best way to heal the grief we were in amid her loss. Barbie wanted us to share the love she left behind, and now Juice Box gets to have the life she had... after never having known such love in his -- and that is an incredible blessing to experience! You should try it 😉❤️. #rescueismyfavoritebreed
