All in a weekend’s work. 🤍

River cleanup, three soccer games, Costco finds, fall Gallery Night, sunrise miles and a Slurpee ride.

No one prepared me for how full life would become at this stage, but I’m finding so much joy in the moments in between… conversations on the sidelines, neighborhood walks turned nights out, car rides and early mornings.

Life is full. Really full. And I’m grateful for it.

Whew. This one was special. 🥹

We walked into a space waiting to be transformed, and little by little, it became The Balance Within.

Under the evening sky at Hotel Dryce, we gathered for reflection, meditation, and a silent sound bath. With headphones on, each guest was able to turn inward in their own way while still sharing the experience together.

From preparing the space to watching everyone settle in, exhale, and make their way to the reflection wall, this vision came together beautifully.

A special thank you to Hotel Dryce, our venue sponsor, for opening this beautiful space to us and helping create the setting for such an intentional evening.

Thank you to everyone who trusted me to guide you through this experience and to the team who helped bring every detail to life. 🤎

And now, we prepare to meet at Between Worlds.

Saturday, October 17
The Music Stand ARTSHOUSE
Arlington, Texas

Early Bird tickets are $35 through Sunday, September 27. VIP includes preferred seating and your choice of an intentional adornment experience, henna or waistbeads.

Tickets are available through the link in my bio. ✨

Friday is almost here, and Autumn Equinox has turned into such a full little evening ya’ll. 🤎

We’re gathering at Hotel Dryce at 7 PM and the experience will feel different…

You’ll settle in with wireless headphones for a Silent Sound Bath, so the sound travels with you even while we’re outside under the evening sky.

Afterward, we’ll head into the Hotel Library for dinner provided by PF Chang’s, and Hotel Dryce created a special Equinox Spritz mocktail just for the evening that’ll be available for purchase at the bar. 🍹

And because apparently I like giving away massages 😂, two guests are going home with a 60-minute Hot Stone Massage from The Laine to Wellness.

If you’ve been thinking about coming and are in town, come join us!
