An absolute love letter to fall 🍂

There’s something about the richness of autumn tones that I’ll never get tired of. The warmth, the depth, and the way every detail comes together to create such a romantic atmosphere.

But what makes a wedding truly special to me goes beyond the decor. It’s when you walk into a space and immediately feel the couple in every detail.

This wedding was the perfect example. From the thoughtful personal touches to the meaningful details woven throughout the celebration, everything helped tell their story and made the experience that much more special for their guests.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not about creating another Pinterest wedding. It’s about creating a celebration that feels like you, where your guests don’t just see your story, but get to experience it, too 🤍

Eileen & Julien understood the assignment. A Notre-Dame Basilica ceremony (@celinedion ‘s church, no less) followed by a Hotel Nelligan soirée. Subtlety was never the brief. 🥂

Ce que vous voyez : un magnifique mariage🤍
.

1. People glow differently when they have God in their hearts.

There’s something about them that stands out. A certain vibrancy. A presence you can feel before they even say much.

2. When you walk with God and truly belong to Him, you develop a different level of discernment.

You start seeing things differently. You recognize what deserves your attention, what doesn’t, who brings life, who brings destruction, and what simply isn’t meant for you.

3. Your capacity to love grows exponentially.

The more you walk with God, the less interested you become in judging people based on irrelevant things.

You begin to see beyond appearances, status, mistakes, backgrounds and circumstances.

You start seeing people.

4. You begin to understand the war happening in this realm.

And with that understanding comes a deeper awareness of your purpose, your calling, and the role you are meant to play in it.

5. Favor begins to reveal itself in ways you couldn’t have planned.

People. Places. Opportunities. Doors.

Things begin aligning in ways you couldn’t have orchestrated yourself.

And you understand that not every closed door was a rejection. Some were protection.

6. Your ability to give becomes abundant.

Because you begin to understand that everything you have is ultimately entrusted to you.

You give differently when you stop operating from a mindset of scarcity.

You trust that God knows exactly when to open the river and when to redirect its flow.

And last but not least…

You begin to understand energy differently.

You become extremely selective about what you entertain, what you participate in, what you speak over yourself, what you allow into your environment, and what you give your attention to.

Because once you understand how precious your time, spirit and purpose are…

everything becomes trivial.
The ego.

The gossip.

The validation.

The competition.

The things that used to consume you.

You realize there is a much bigger picture.

And when you truly understand that…

you stop fighting for things that were never worth fighting for in the first place.

God is great. 🤲🏾
