We’re still buzzing from the National Menopause Show 💗👯 Two days. Thousands of women. So many real, honest conversations. Again and again we heard the same thing: “I thought it was just me.” “It feels so good to feel seen and heard.” “There is so much knowledge and empowerment in this room.” The message was loud and clear 📣 Midlife (perimenopause and menopause and beyond!) isn’t a breakdown. It’s your body asking for a different kind of support. Okay guys, this was DEFINITELY not on my list of things to do or share today 😂 but the things we do for a fellow female founder. First, the product is incredible. Second, I know so many of you are actively looking for things that are actually MADE IN CANADA 🇨🇦 and guess what? @hotnessintimates is made in Canada. The founder, Michelle, is incredible, and she has created something that I genuinely think women in this phase of life need to know about. Welcome to our 50s, friends. 😂 Although, if we’re talking perimenopause, this party started for me about five years ago, and the last three years have been pure, disgusting, sweaty HELL. I haven’t started HRT yet, but after so many of you shared your experiences with me, I’m looking into it and have a doctor’s appointment this month. In the meantime, can we talk about MATERIAL? When you are sweating at night, sweating while getting ready, sweating while doing absolutely nothing... what you put against your skin MATTERS. Polyester and I are simply not friends at this stage of life. That’s why I wanted to tell you about Hotness. I’m literally sitting in the makeup chair wearing their underwear and tank, and these pieces can go under your clothes, become your sleepwear when you get home, or, in the case of the red tank, basically become your bra/top. Wear a bra underneath it and then experience the greatest joy known to womankind: getting home and ripping that bra off. 😂 I also didn’t share these the second I received them because I don’t recommend things unless I’ve actually used them and believe in them. That goes for my own products, and it absolutely goes for products made by the incredible women I meet in the founder community. Michelle, you made something GOOD. Made in Canada, thoughtfully designed without polyester, and made for what so many of our bodies are actually going through. So yes, I’m sitting here in my underwear telling the internet about it. Female founders supporting female founders apparently has no limits. 😂🇨🇦❤️

At Home with Mave & Chez: NYC Edition 🌸 A few times a year we gather moms for an evening built around one thing: women showing up for each other. Bubbles, real talk, and a reminder that home is a feeling, not a place. We started this brand because a podiatrist told us as pregnant, exhausted moms, that our feet needed real support, and everything out there was either orthopedic-ugly or beautiful-and-useless. So two ex-competitive dancers decided foot health could be sexy too. Still ethically made, still built for real arch support. Night’s like these remind us why we do this — there’s something so meaningful about a room full of women lifting each other up, no performing, just genuinely rooting for one another. Hallelujah for @hotnessintimates 🙌 Hotness has ruined every other tank and pair of underwear I own. Not an ad. Not paid. Not an employee. Not an investor. I did one campaign as their elderly model, and now I’m fully converted. I live in these things. I’ve got all the colours, shapes, crops….the tanks are insanely soft, somehow never stretch out, and still look and feel brand new. The underwear is just as good. My laundry schedule is now built entirely around Hotness. Taking new underwear pics also reminded me I’m not quite in the same shape I was for that original campaign. 😅 When I shot it, I’d just quit smoking cigarettes and had basically stopped smoking weed. I’m still cigarette-free, but I’ve let a weed back into my life and, if I’m honest, it derails me on the eating and exercise. Still trying to figure out what balance looks like. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
