An event that runs smooth like butter doesn’t happen by accident. ✨ It happens when the right vendors show up, the timeline flows, every detail hits just right, and the dance floor stays full all night long. Josie’s Quinceañera was pure magic and it wouldn’t have been possible without this incredible dream team ⬇️ Coordinator/Planner: @caitlincancoordinate l @caitlin.jackson5623 l @dustin_jackson17 Content Creator: @madebydasha_ Venue/Catering: @hiltonnashvilledowntown Hilton Event Manager: @majestic.mandi Florals: @thefloralpop.20 Dance Floor/LED Walls: @deejay_trav Photo Booth/DJ: @entertainofficial HMU: @beautystudioinc Throne Rental: @willcoeventrentals Draping: @questevents_nashville Floral Chandelier Rental: @brighteventproductions Balloon Wall/Signage: @swankyballoonco Photography: @hotspottermx AV: @pinnacle_live Second Shooter: @emmaa_catherine #EventPlannerLife #DreamTeamVendors #QuinceañeraMagic #EventPlanning NashvilleEvents

Plot twist… your event planners are a husband and wife duo and we’re about to turn your vision into a full blown moment. From empty room to jaw dropping setup. From timeline to dance floor chaos. From “just an event” to a night no one stops talking about. When the music drops and the crowd hits the dance floor… just know we’ve been behind the scenes making sure it was about to go down the entire time. C&C Events & Designs doesn’t just plan events. We build the moments you remember forever. Grateful for the incredible vendor team that made this night unforgettable Tagging the dream team below Coordinator/Planner: @caitlincancoordinate / @caitlin.jackson5623 Content Creator: @madebydasha_ Venue/Catering: @hiltonnashvilledowntown Hilton Event Manager: @majestic.mandi Florals: @thefloralpop.20 Dance Floor/LED Walls: @deejay_trav Photo Booth/DJ: @entertainofficial HMU: @beautystudioinc Throne Rental: @willcoeventrentals Draping: @questevents_nashville Floral Chandelier Rental: @brighteventproductions Balloon Wall/Signage: @swankyballoonco Photography: @hotspottermx AV: @pinnacle_live 2nd shooter: @emmaa_catherine #CandCEvents #NashvilleEvents #EventPlannerLife #weddingplanner #quinceanera
