Just a girl heading in to teach hot yoga…with enough beverages to survive
a small expedition. 😂

☕️ Black coffee
💧 Electrolytes
🧉 Yerba mate
💦 And, of course, water

Fellow fitness instructors…what am I missing? 😂 What’s the one thing you NEVER show up to teach without?

The heat was real. The lesson was even greater. 🔥🙏🏾

105° isn’t just a workout. It’s a reminder that growth rarely happens in comfort.

Shout out to Ashley at Hot Yoga for leading an incredible class with so much calm, patience, and encouragement. When the room gets hotter, your mindset has to get stronger.

God won’t always take you out of the fire. Sometimes He uses the fire to build you.

Stay disciplined.
Stay faithful.
Keep showing up.
Keep rebuilding.

Rebuild Daily. 💪🏾

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that there isn’t 1️⃣ habit that creates good health.

It’s the combination of small consistent choices.

Some days it’s a strength workout. 💪

Some days it’s a walk after dinner. 🚶‍♀️

Some days it’s prioritizing fiber and protein 🥩

And some mornings, it’s walking into the @hotyogaptc studio to practice or teach. 🧘‍♀️

One of these choices is an investment in my future health.

That’s what I love about the holistic approach to wellness

It’s not about doing everything perfectly

It’s about building habits that support your body – one day at a time

What small habit are you investing in today?💜💜

Growth isn’t always lifting heavier or running faster. Sometimes it’s slowing down, breathing deeper, and trusting the process. ⚡

Thank you, Laura for introducing me to hot yoga. 🧘🏾‍♂️🔥 I’m definitely hooked.

One day at a time. One breath at a time. #RebuildDaily

I love finding simple habits that can support our metabolic health

Here’s one you may not have heard of…

It’s called a SOLEUS-PUSH-UP (or seated calf raises).

By lifting and lowering your heels, while keeping the balls of your feet on the floor, you’re activating the solace muscle in your calf. Researchers have found that this muscle can play an important role in using glucose, and studies suggest this simple movement may help reduce the rise in blood sugar after a meal.

Will it replace strength training or a walk outside? Of course not.

But I love, adding free little habits like this to my “metabolic toolbox” – especially on days when I’m sitting more than usual, traveling, or working at my desk.

Remember, improving your metabolic health isn’t about finding one perfect habit.

It’s about consistently choosing small habits that work together overtime.

💜 What’s one simple habit you’ve added to your day lately?

One thing I’ve learned in midlife is that growth doesn’t come from being the best in the room.

It comes from being willing to learn from the people around you.

@bmarmol amazing Spider-Man pose is definitely stronger than my first attempt at this pose …and that is exactly why I love practicing with her. She challenges me, encourages me and reminds me that improvement is always possible. It’s our motto @hotyogaptc, anything is possible 💫 and all the teachers try and share that mindset with all our students

The same is true for health.

When you are surrounded by people who value movement, strength, nourishment, stress management, and healthy habits, those choices start to feel more normal.

Whether you’re working on flexibility, building muscle, improving metabolic health or learning a flexible, fasting lifestyle, your environment matters.

I’m not trying to be perfect.

I’m trying to keep growing.

And I think that’s a much healthier goal💜

💫 Less comparison. More growth.

If you decide to give it a try I highly recommend a cushy
mat underneath JIC 😉

Much Love 💜

For years, I thought better health about doing more.

More workouts
More supplements.
More rules.
More pressure.

Now I believe one of the most powerful things we can do is slow down long enough to listen to what our body is telling us

That’s one reason I love teaching hotyoga 26/2.

It’s not about perfection or burning the most calories.

It’s about creating a space to breathe, move, manage stress, and reconnect with yourself

Health doesn’t have to be so complicated

Less noise. More fundamentals.

Xoxo 💜

📢 Listen Up….When you figure out the key to metabolic health you can’t wait to share with others

🔑 We have two fuel sources, glucose and keytones
Our bodies were designed to switch in between these two fuels sources naturally!! If you are doing all the things, walking, eating clean, jiggly plate, etc, and not getting the results you are looking for , most likely you are not switching sources anymore

I’m thrilled to be getting a new holistic certification so I can help women and men, young and wise to get the results they are looking for. 💪
Once you know you know and can never unsee the metabolic health crisis that is happening in the world and the way to help solve the issue!

Get ready sign ups will be coming in June!!
Feel good, Do good and Live your best Life! 💜💜

📐The Triangle Pose, Trikonasana is referred to as the perfect marriage between heart and lungs and here’s a few reason why

• Builds Endurance
• Strengthens the legs and glutes
• Opens the chest and shoulders
• Stretches and strengthens the lower spine
• Twists and promotes flexibility in the spine
• Stretches and strengthens the hips and core muscles
• Stretches both sides of the body
