🔥🧘‍♀️ SCOTTSDALE, WHO BRINGS THE HEAT?

We’re wrapping up our Valley Guide Hot Yoga Series in Scottsdale—and this one is especially close to my heart! ❤️

I’ve been researching local studios based on reviews, membership value and overall experience.

Here are today’s picks:

🏆 BEST REVIEWS: Hot Yoga University
⭐ 4.9 Google rating | 491 reviews

💛 BEST VALUE: Hot Yoga University
$119/month unlimited VIP membership, with a three-month commitment.

🌿 BEST OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Hot Yoga Den
⭐ 4.9 ClassPass rating | 5,000+ ratings
Hot yoga, Pilates, barre, sculpt and shred!

And now, a little personal note…

❤️ WHY HOT YOGA DEN IS MY FAVORITE

Jamie and Mandy have created something truly special.

The moment you walk through the doors, there’s a sense of belonging. It’s more than a place to work out—it’s a community of genuinely wonderful people who encourage one another.

I love that the classes challenge you in different ways. From Pilates and barre to shred, there’s always something new to work on.

And Caitlyn’s classes? 🔥 The energy is incredible, and the music is always bumping!

Hot Yoga Den isn’t just somewhere I exercise. It’s somewhere I feel connected.

That’s what makes a local business special to me.

Now I want to hear from YOU!

🧘‍♀️ What’s your favorite Scottsdale hot yoga studio?

👇 Tag your favorite and tell me why you love it!

I do the research. You help choose. Together, we discover Greater Phoenix. ❤️

I had a bunch of excuses in my head on why not to go to class today, but my goals won out! This leg day class was insane. Lori had us doing hard things, and it just goes to show the body and mind are very capable of doing hard things! 1% Better and I think tomorrow is an active recovery day 💯💪🏻🤷‍♂️🤣
