In case you are not been able to raise platform or builder has already given the window and water is coming inside use silicone based sealants to fill the gap between windows and floor

Additional tip - apply a flooring option like SPC or rubber flooring above your balcony tiles while increasing the slope of balcony towards drainage.

“I never planned to be a content creator.
I just didn’t want others to repeat my mistakes.”

In conversation with @sourabh.jain.official , the mind behind @houmeindia , we spoke about how real impact rarely starts with ambition. It starts with experience. Often painful ones.

Fresh out of college in 2019, he chose practice over comfort. Lost money. Made mistakes that cost him lakhs. Learnt the hard way how building works beyond drawings and dreams.

Instead of hiding it, he spoke about it. First to friends. Then on WhatsApp groups. Then through videos that simply said, “I messed this up. Please don’t.”

What began as documentation slowly became education. Not for reach. Not for validation. But because he realised something most professionals discover too late.

If you’ve made the mistake, someone else is about to.

Digital was never the goal. Impact was. Digital just happened to be the only medium wide enough to hold it.

This conversation was a reminder that meaningful content does not come from wanting to be seen. It comes from wanting to be useful. From building, failing, reflecting, and choosing to share anyway.

Because sometimes, the most honest creators are just practitioners who decided not to stay silent.

Save this for your wardrobe designs & Read Caption ✅

This is translated video, if there is any mistakes we are sorry for that our aim is to help you to make better homes.

1. Size matters: Minimum 5x5 ft for L-shaped, 7x7 ft for parallel.

2. Full-height mirror: Essential for dressing convenience

3. Depth choice: 24 inches or 30 inches for wider items.

4. Extra storage: Full-height wardrobe with lock option.

5. Proper lighting & fan: Ensure comfort and visibility.

6. Consider an island (if space permits).
