EVERYONE’S MATE @wattythompson COMING BACK! The beloved indie bush bard an is heading north this month for a series of intimate solo performances to commemorate the issue of his reflective new single ‘Under The Stars’. A long time advocate for self-care and the journey toward your own contentment, ‘Under The Stars’ arrives as a timely reminder for mindfulness in a frankly frightening world full of chaos and digital distraction. Watty adds, ‘Under The Stars’ is “a little ode to using stargazing as a nice activity to find inner peace and reconnect with ourselves while living in an age saturated by superficial noise.” Beyond that, ‘Under The Stars’ is a lilting slice of unabashed modern indie Australiana delivered by one of our most loveable storytellers, and is sure to add to the acclaim of his 2023 self-tiled debut album and beloved recent single ‘Rock & Roll’. On the Under The Stars Tour, Watty ventures throughout Victoria and NSW on a run of rare solo shows that will again deliver straight-from-the-heart music, moving grown folks to both tears of joy and sorrow. Until you see and hear him again, Watty sends a reminder that, “creating space to be alone with our thoughts is crucial. Stargazing is great for that. Infinite lights of guidance…” It’s a rare solo show for this bloke, tickets are very reasonable and available now via the music tab on our website.

G’day friends! Hope you’re all travelling well and that in between staring into the screen that you’re currently reading this on, you’re occasionally finding time to switch off, take some deep breaths, and surrender yourself to the mysteries of the campfire and the humbling enormity of the stars. There’s a new single shortly to be released from my songbook and to coincide with the release, I’ll be performing a few special solo shows. It’s been a helluva year and absolutely full of it all! Records have been released, pathways have been altered and beautiful babies have been born. We reached some goals in 2025. Ticked a lot of boxes and worked some dreams into reality. At the end of it all things look different and sometimes change is good. 2026 is full of unknowns but we are kicking it off pretty hard @bathinginthecreek on the 25th of Jan! We’ve got song to record and new ideas forming Thanks everyone involved in every way shape and form expertise, advice and support has been incredible. Cheers 2025 🍻 Thanks for havin’ yas !

NAMES // OUT NOW Our debut self-titled LP is out everywhere today ! A raw rolling document of modern life. Full of contradictions, chaos and clarity. Pressed on black wax and born outside the system. This is Psychedelic Australiana in full technicolor. This record is for anyone trying to figure it out while everything’s still moving. It’s not polished. It’s not safe. But it’s real. And that’s all we ever wanted it to be. Please check out @lucamagree his artwork is out of this world and can’t thank you enough mate for your work ! @houndmachine.studio for the vinyl layout absolutely perfect as usual 👌🏼 Production team @m.clarky and @fricknanklin it astounds us how good peoples ears can be ❤️‍🔥 And finally to our very own Pauly @buttons_music this record would not sound the way it does without you mate - from track placement to tones, vocal arrangements and 8-track recorder plug-in’s. You nailed it mate and we bloody love ya guts ! Now let’s have a beer about it 🚀 @lulietavern
