The set-up alone was enough to stop traffic. Then I sent the drone up.

From above, you finally see what this ceremony really was: a few rows of chairs in the middle of ruins, hanging over the Mediterranean. No walls, no ceiling, just sky.

The look had to match that drama, and it did. A tulle gown with serious volume, a long veil catching the wind, an ivory jacket with quiet confidence. Nothing safe, nothing beige. When the setting is this bold, the fashion should be too. 🤍

Which shot got you: the aisle, the dress or the view from above? 👇

Everyone was so busy filming the set-up that nobody noticed they were standing inside a postcard: ancient ruins on a cliff, the sea glittering behind the aisle, white parasols everywhere.

And the fashion? Total statement. A tiered tulle gown that owned the whole aisle, a veil made for the Italian breeze, an ivory dinner jacket that whispered old money. The guests came in pink, sage and florals, so no one blended into the stone. 🤍

Be honest: would you have been filming too? 👇

Everyone had their phones out before the ceremony even started. Honestly? Fair.

Ancient ruins, open sky, the sea stretching out behind the aisle. But the drone shows what the phones couldn’t: the whole ceremony sitting on a cliff above the Mediterranean.

And the fashion matched the view. A tiered tulle gown with serious volume, a veil made for the wind, an ivory dinner jacket with old-money Italy energy. Guests in pink, sage and florals, not a beige outfit in sight.

This is what dressing for the setting looks like. 🤍

Which got you first: the dress, the florals or the drone shot? 👇

I thought I’d already cried all my son’s wedding tears. Then I heard his private vows at the end of this video.

Undone. Again.

And her laugh? My favorite sound in the world.

Watching these two love each other is a gift I’m still finding words for.

Follow @momsofbigs for the growing-up years—and all the feelings that come with them.

And thank you @houndstoothfilms for a most beautiful compilation!

Our wedding film just feels like love. I will never have the words to thank everyone - from everyone there, to everyone who sent their love, we love you all 🤍

Hearing the words my parents, our siblings, and my cousin/officiant is something I will never get tired of and never take for granted.

@houndstoothfilms you are an artist. No one else does it like you - forever grateful and forever a fan of my Aussie filmmaker queen.

Maximum Italian Drama 🇮🇹

A ceremony among centuries-old ruins, dinner as the sky turned gold, and an evening that only got better as the night went on.

The setting brought the drama. The sunset set the mood. The party? That was a whole other story..

Last tuesday was one of those days that reminds us exactly why we do what we do. 🤍

Myee & Dan, surrounded by so much love, the best kind of energy and a team that made every crazy moment feel easy.

We laughed, we ran, we solved, we danced… and yes, we fought the rain.

But somewhere between the chaos and the little moments, we looked around and thought: this is exactly where we’re meant to be.

So grateful to have been part of this one.
Myee & Dan, thank you for letting us be there. 🤍

This one... almost ended at the bottom of the sea.

A beach day after the wedding.
A lost wedding band.
An hour of searching.
A team of scuba divers.
And one very happy ending.

Moments like these remind me that the most unforgettable parts of a wedding weekend are often the ones no one could have predicted.
