✨Date nights: Coming back from almost 10 months of long distance…lots of date nights to catch up on. Our recent favs have been @moodsleeds and @dominoclubleeds

✨New training plan: After the busy moving process it’s nice to settle back into my gym and running routine. Lots of river/canal runs and joined @hiiclub_

What my 4yo eats in a day (plant-based edition) 🥣✨

Feat. our absolute favourite, @house_of_fu 10/10 as always.

This girl loves her food 🌟

We've had to cut back on the refined sugar since the weekend (this video was Sunday).. it actually makes her a bit loopy. I make lots of refined sugar free treats so she never goes without but sometimes life is for living and we need an oreo.

Does anyone else find refined sugar sends their kids west?
