POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s easy to look at someone’s life from the outside and only see the parts that worked out. The wins, the confidence, the opportunities, the growth.

What you don’t see are the days I don’t want to show up. The doubts. The things that didn’t work out. The times I’ve questioned myself, felt behind, or had to keep going without knowing if any of it would pay off.

I’m proud of the version of me you see today, but I’m even more proud of all the versions of me that kept showing up to get her here. There’s always more to the story than what makes it to social media.🫶🏻

Improving your performance doesn’t always require doing more. Sometimes the biggest difference comes from dialing in the foundations… sleep, recovery, fueling, and stress.

Small tweaks to your plate throughout the day and week can make a huge difference in the long run. (No pun intended😜)

Your training has a purpose. Your fueling should too.

A bittersweet ending to our first kitchen chapter, but we are SO excited for what’s next!🤭

One year ago today, House of Athletic Fueling was announced as the Official Performance Culinary Partner of @orlpride 🥳

At the time, we were still a young company with a big vision: to redefine what performance nutrition could look like through the lens of performance chefs.

Orlando Pride believed in that vision from the very beginning. Over the course of the season, our team had the privilege of fueling the reining NWSL champions, working alongside an incredible performance staff, and proving what happens when chefs, dietitians, and performance professionals are truly aligned.

Looking back, this partnership became so much more than providing meals. It challenged us, helped us grow, and reinforced exactly why I started @houseofathleticfueling in the first place.

To the Orlando Pride organization and @taraemily_sportsdietitian , thank you for trusting our team and allowing us to be part of your journey.

As we continue to grow, I hope House of Athletic Fueling becomes known for more than the meals we serve. I hope we’re remembered for raising the standard, creating opportunities for performance chefs, and building something that leaves this industry better than we found it.

Cheers to everything that is still ahead. 💜

Looking back… I’m still not sure how we pulled it off. 😂

Between running @houseofathleticfueling , launching @learn.pca , and traveling to 7+ cities with Team USA during the World Cup, there were plenty of very late nights, very early mornings, and orders happening across every time zone.

It wasn’t always easy, but I’m really grateful for everything this experience taught me.

Huge shoutout to my assistant, Gillian, for holding everything together while I was on the road. I couldn’t have done it without you!!! 🤍

This is Just a small sneak peek of a recent catering project I had the opportunity to work on for a baseball team owned by the Milwaukee Brewers(MLB)

Definitely made it through drinking my favorite energy drink @celsiusofficial 😎 burn fat while racing to the finish line.

Most people see the finished food, but not the planning, shopping, prep, cooking, cleanup, and long hours behind the scenes.

Grateful for opportunities like this that continue to challenge me and help me grow as a Private Chef & Corporate Caterer.

Special shout out to @houseofathleticfueling
and my big bro @patlorenzoo for helping make it all happen. 💪🏽
Looking forward to sharing more from this experience soon. 👀❤️

A whole lot of learning, growing, laughing & getting unreasonably confused by escalators and elevators… that’s a wrap on ASPDA 2026✨🫶🏻

Performance and nutrition go hand in hand. You can train hard and stay consistent, but if you’re not intentional with how you fuel, you’re leaving results on the table.

Food isn’t just something you eat…it’s what drives your energy, recovery, strength, and output. When you start fueling with purpose, everything hits different: better workouts, faster recovery, higher performance.
