I couldn’t show you the finished product without showing you the process! 🔨🪚🧰

just looked back and realised we actually started the main bedroom in ~feb 25~ 😂 tbf we were also finishing the kitchen and doing the guest room at the same time.

apparently we enjoy making life difficult for ourselves 🙂

there’s been all the usual suspects: wallpaper stripping, approximately 7 million hours of sanding, plastering with dalapro, tiling and woodworking (is that what you call it?!) but all worth it to see this space go from the saddest little white box to what it is now ✨

also a few people have asked for it so I’m gonna be doing a shop our bedroom post soon 🧡X

[ENG] 82 sqm of colour, light and energy. 💚🩵🧡

This apartment in Gdańsk was designed for a young couple who love sports, travel and expressive interiors. Shades of blue, olive green, pink, burgundy and caramel appear throughout the home, creating a visual thread that connects every room.

Mirrored kitchen fronts reflect the garden and colourful lights, a green ceiling turns the home office into a cosy cocoon, while a custom lighting installation gives the room a dynamic, almost scenographic character. In the bedroom, geometric burgundy lines meet soft pink surfaces, while two bathrooms offer two completely different moods.

[PL] 82 m² pełne koloru, światła i energii. 🌈

Saying Goodbye to my Living Room 🥲

I love love LOVE LOVE LOVE this room. It has the most incredible light all day, it’s where I work, it’s where I relax, it’s where I sleep (I fall asleep on the sofa CONSTANTLY)
- but we’re ready to move on, let’s make it House Rich baby!

This is essentially the same room as it was 6 years ago, but with the addition of 3 new murals + a shedload of plants it’s looking a little discombobulated and absolutely not cohesive.

Looking back through it, there’s so much that I still adore about it, but it’s time to make it So.HouseRich, are you ready?

The big question is; what would you like to see in here?

every time I move our new tube lamp, I decide *that* is where it’s staying... and then I try the next room 🥲

turns out a rechargeable lamp is a dangerous thing when you love styling your home, because it looks good absolutely everywhere!

so I’m passing the decision over to you... where should it live? ✨

for 20% off your own cordless tube lamp (in any colour!) use my code 63HOUSE at @houseofdotcom 💛

What a room progression!

I love my living room now but it’s been a work in progress since we bought the house! It’s definitely evolved as I’ve embraced my love of colour.

Looking back I can’t believe how bland the room was when we first moved in!

What’s everyone’s plans for the 1st week of the summer holidays?
