POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Serving you the second edition of Cunt solutions, Where we love all the girls and all the girls are cunt. We’re celebrating all the girls with a nasty treat for the huntees.

This time, featuring:

EL BRUJO — The Chicago-based DJ casting spells across club, techno, and juke/footwork. Known for electrifying blends, hypnotic mixing, and raw crowd control, they fuse deconstructed club, pop hits, Latin-core, and hard house into pure dancefloor chaos. With sets at Smartbar, Berlin, and Brooklyn Mirage, EL BRUJO brings a magnetic energy that turns every party into a ritual.

W/ support from:

LEDEF - The esoteric House of Kenzo club priestess of the south.

LZRCAT - The brain and muscle behind House Arrest and San Antonio’s favorite club daddy.

hosted by - MEXICUNT

This collective of Laticonic multidisciplinary artists is redefining the Central TX club scene through art and sonic experimentation, blurring the lines between fierce self-expression, experimental Latin sounds, and unapologetic cultural pride.

#ThrowbackThursday to our #BlantonSoundSpace: In Such Times event which saw the likes of @b3naqua, @houseofkenzo, @josevillalobosart, and @panoramicvoices presenting their own unique performances in response to art. This weird and wonderful concert experience is BACK this Sunday, January 26th for the 23rd edition of the series, curated by the always marvelous @parkerstevesounds. We're going to have some mighty fine talent gracing our galleries including @thorharris #thorandfriends, @saakred, @mrmichaelme and Kimberly Tamara Earls Pollini, and @acapareda, presenting their work in conjunction with current exhibition "#EdRuscha: Drum Skins." NOT BAD MUZAK will use #elevatormusic as a point of departure to explore sound that manipulates human behavior. Mark your calendars! 🗓 #ATXweekendplans

#blantonmuseum #atxmuseums #austinlivemusic #experimentalmusic A picture of a man in a gallery space. The man is kneeling on a grid patterned mat on the floor, making music using tablets and phones. On the white wall behind the man, a piece of art is painted on the wall, a black silhouette of a spinning wheel.

2019 LIVE MOCAP/VR PERFORMANCE: @themuseumofmodernart NYC w @phasmahammer & @sharpveins, 💃🏻 @berlinatonal Berlin w #marshstepper & @sirraymondpinto,🕺🏻 @dark_mofo Melbourne Australia w #marshstepper & @emilbognarnasdor,👯‍♀️ @hybridfestival Tasmania w @female_wizard & @bl_u_jay, 👯@newformsfestival Vancouver w @houseofkenzo, 🕴@meltingpointnyc NYC w @totalfreefall & @sirraymondpinto,💅 #end2end Charlotte NC w @sietecatorce
each show was a unique set of choreography, characters, and improvisational games performed on stage with the use of live motion capture suits, VR puppeting, and interactive lights

more thorough, animated documentation of each will be posted as soon as I'm able

this is the forefront of our practice and cherish everyone I shared a stage with. @andy.rolfes was on stage working digital lights, controlling scene progression, and generally keeping everything running for every show
