A year of teaching 🥹✨

It flew by in the blink of an eye. Thank you to every single person who has walked through the door and allowed me to guide them through 45 min of movement. I fell in love with Lagree and in 2025 I knew that I wanted to make it a part of my everyday life in a way that was bigger than myself.
My goal has always been to help clients feel strong, empowered, and confident. It still remains my goal as I continue to teach and create a comfortable and welcoming space built for every body.

To my studios — I’m eternally grateful for the opportunity to walk into a space and teach. Without you, this wouldn’t be possible 🤍 Both of my studios are owned by people who have a passion for fitness and love growing their communities, which makes my job so easy to connect with you all.

To my regulars — I never thought I’d be lucky enough to find a community of people who show up every week to my class. I whole heartedly appreciate each and every one of you. YOU make this job so much fun and ultimately fulfilling. I love getting to know each of you and watching you get stronger after every class is so rewarding for me.

Excited to see what the next year brings 🤭✨

House of Lagree by SB x EP Atelier

It was such a beautiful Saturday evening filled with luminous, peaceful, and radiant energy. Thank you so much for this, and to my angel baby sister for helping me. Jordan, you played an incredible set—music has so much influence on me and serves as a muse for how my pieces turn out. Sarai and Ericka, you should feel so proud of creating a space where women feel safe, beautiful, and part of a community. So much love & kindness

If you’ve known me long enough, you know that I used to be super fit. But if you know my past, you also know that I was once in an abusive marriage where, no matter how fit I was, it was never enough.

I was constantly made to feel ugly and “fat,” because those were the words I was told about myself over and over again. For a long time, I believed them.

Fast forward 14 years… and I finally decided it was time to start working out again—not for anyone else, not because I need to look a certain way, but for ME. For my health, my strength, my confidence, and for the woman I’ve become.

Then I found this beautiful Pilates studio just down the street from my house. From the moment I walked in, the owner and instructors made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and like I truly belonged there. I fell in love with the space, the welcoming, and the community. 🤎

So here I am, finding my fitness self again—one class, one workout, and one day at a time.

This journey isn’t about becoming who I used to be.

It’s about becoming the healthiest, strongest, happiest version of who I am now.

And honestly… I’m really proud of myself for starting again

A special thank you to @houseoflagreebysb for allowing us to be able to use her beautiful studio. And a very special thank you to @jd_partysupply for always bringing my visions reality. And to all my friends that came and made this day feel extra special.
