A few months back, I wrote about one of the most challenging transactions of my career. I pushed with everything I had to get it across the finish line, but when closing day came, something was missing—my clients weren’t in Nashville, and I never had the chance to share in that moment of joy with them. Last night, under the summer sky at the Cornelia Airpark Picking Party, that missing piece finally found its place. I stood with these two remarkable women—glasses raised, children at their sides—hearing them speak about the friendships they’ve built and the love they’ve found since moving back to Nashville. It hit me: this is why I do what I do. Not just keys and contracts, but lives being rebuilt, families finding their rhythm, and new roots taking hold in the community I care so deeply about. Seeing their happiness, their gratitude, their children laughing alongside mine—it was the closure my heart had been searching for. Real estate isn’t just about houses. It’s about belonging, about love, about home. And last night, as we clinked glasses and laughed together, I thought to myself—damn, that tequila never tasted so good. 🥂 Welcome home @hurricane.cindy and @houseofmurphins . 🏡❤️ #MrEastNashville #TheDrimmerGroup #WelcomeHome #CommunityIsEverything

Agua. Friends. Sunsets. Risas. Olas. Eucalyptus groves at night. Glow in the dark bocce balls. Great conversations and bad dancing. Morning meandering. Missing a few loved ones but beyond grateful.
