As my moods change, so does my fragrances.

Some days, I reach for something fresh and uplifting. Other days, I want something more deeper.

Here are my usual three moods and the House of Nisè fragrances I’d pair with each.

There are some stories that begin with a dream. This one began with hope.

In 2023, my mom was diagnosed with cancer. My friend introduced me to cannabis oil, to learning, and eventually to a much deeper understanding of the incredible things nature has to offer.

What started as a daughter simply wanting to help her mother slowly became something much more personal.

Against All Odds was born from that journey.

It is a reminder of a difficult chapter, but also of curiosity, resilience and hope. And of how sometimes, when you’re searching for a way through something difficult, you discover something beautiful along the way.

This one will always mean a little more to me. 🤍

Eén onvergetelijk weekend. 🐎✨

EXCELLENT Polo Waalre 2026 bracht alles samen: de kracht en snelheid van polo, verfijnde gastronomie, stijlvolle hospitality, live entertainment en waardevolle gesprekken die als vanzelf ontstonden.

Onder een stralende zon genoten we samen van topsport, bijzondere merken en vooral van een sfeer die zich nauwelijks in woorden laat vangen. Wie erbij was, heeft het gevoeld.

Onze dank gaat uit naar alle bezoekers, partners, exposanten, spelers, artiesten en teamleden die dit weekend mogelijk hebben gemaakt. Dankzij jullie werd EXCELLENT Polo opnieuw veel meer dan een evenement.

We kijken met trots terug, en alvast met veel enthousiasme vooruit.

Dit was EXCELLENT Polo Waalre 2026.

I only have a few, as you can see in this reel. And some that come close. There are a few more that come close, but it kinda depends on the season I guess 🤷‍♂️

CSI x Beautec

Wat hebben we allemaal genoten van dit FANTASTISCHE Event!✨

Gedurende vier heeeeerlijke dagen hebben we velen mogen begroeten en kennis laten maken met de meest bijzondere parfumbelevingen. De ambiance met de ruiters, bezoekers, organisatieleden was MEGA!

Iedereen heeft de warmte en liefde voor dit exceptionele sport event ervaren op zijn op haar eigen manier. Genieten van unieke parfums, kunst, paardensport en van elkaar omlijst met goede hapjes en sapjes.

Ook is er knetterhard gewerkt door het Beautec Team, en daarvoor wil ik nog even benadrukken hoe bijzonder het is geweest met de allerliefsten drie collega’s; de kinderen!🤍

Dankjewel iedereen voor deze geweldige dagen. Met groot plezier bij Beautec en sowieso tot volgend jaar!

In April life felt like a mix of growth, rediscovery and little moments that mean everything 🤍

I discovered the most beautiful cinnamon scent at the LXS event. Fabbrica Della Musa truly is one of my favorite Perfume houses.

At the same time I’m falling more and more in love with my fitness journey. Strength training has truly become my passion again. Seeing my body grow stronger while working on body recomposition is something I genuinely enjoy.

One place stays extra special to me: working out in an old chapel. The energy there feels calm and spiritual. It’s a place where I connect strength with faith and that means a lot to me 🕊️.

I also had such a lovely time in Bruges, the city where I grew up. Visiting Chocres with one of my best friends and her daughter. Reconnecting with the owner after so long and of course… leaving with (and later adding) two perfumes I’m completely in love with. Reviews coming soon ✨

In between all of this:
– cozy moments with ex-colleagues
– peaceful mornings with sunlight in my hotel room
– quiet walks that make me see familiar places in a new way

And I also got to test two new perfumes from Essnce, one is a favorite already, the other I’m still unsure about… but I’ll share soon 😉

Grateful for this journey, for the growth, for your support & friendship and for these small meaningful moments 🤍
