What a morning…. What a RESET🎀✨🧖‍♀️

A ladies-only morning at The Elite Health Club where the dress code was basically: glitter & good energy💕✨
@1nagham1 | @houseofwellness 💞✨
🎀 Bedazzling & crystals with the girls
🍵 Matcha, blue matcha & pink matcha — because apparently regular matcha wasn’t girly enough 😂
🧖‍♀️ Sauna + steam with essential oils
🎶 The BEST sound healing session with @themindfulpaths
🫁 Breathing, movement & the most relaxing workout

Basically… we sweated, sparkled, breathed, healed, sipped matcha and reset 😂💗

No stress. No boys. Just girls being girls 🎀✨

RESET DAY = officially my kind of therapy💕

Who’s joining the next one? 👀🎀
