Friday nights look a little different these days 🌞 Every Friday Amara and I head to Vernon for the @polsonmarket Amara owns @houseofwingscollection where she creates ethically sourced butterflies from sanctuaries around the world 🌎 Each butterfly is carefully rehydrated, restored, and framed by hand, often incorporating crystals and gemstones into the design 🦋 Every piece also includes a handwritten fairy letter telling the story and journey of your chosen butterfly, making each creation completely unique and personal Once the market wraps up I usually grab a pass at @worldhealthvernon and get my training done before heading home. World Gym Vernon has become one of my favourite gyms in BC. Great equipment, great atmosphere, open 24 hours, and everything is kept clean and well maintained 👌🏼 No matter where life takes you there is always time to work toward your goals if they’re important enough! If you’re in the Vernon area and looking for help with fat loss, muscle building, contest prep, improving your health markers, or simply creating a plan that fits your lifestyle, I’d be happy to help you with any fitness goal Online Coaching Available 📧 thorvaldfetterly@gmail.com Code THOR @hd.muscle Code THOR @helixxfoods #bodybuilding #vernonbc #okanaganfitness #onlinecoach #contestprep
