Artful design with a whimsical essence because each meal narrates its own tale 🍽️

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s the 2nd Tuesday and I’m ready for October’s #tablesharetuesday

Last fall I had some time to set multiple tables and capture some pics, thank goodness I had them to use since I currently haven’t had the time!

I really liked how this table came together! The vintage “Petite Provence” by American Atelier and the pretty napkins from @thesouthernnapkin were my starting point.
Always fun to add my @bordallopinheiroofficial green cabbage chargers as the base to build my plate stack. Next, a fall dinner plate from @homegoods from a few years ago adds a beautiful contrast with the white & brown starburst. A vintage Edwin Knowles luncheon plate (love the pattern along the edge!), topping it off the darling Petite Provence Roosters!
My green flatware from @housequeiroz balances my green cabbage chargers.
My favorite yellow checked runners from @target from a few years back was the perfect background versus adding a placemat.
And then my cherished vintage Rooster stands proud among my miscellaneous fall finds I’ve been collecting over the years.
It was so much fun creating!

Be sure to take a look at the talent my Tableshare Ladies bring continually without fail!

Spring officially begins on March 20th.
And the table is one of the most beautiful ways to welcome the new season.
Spring tables are about freshness, lightness and intention.
Soft colours, natural textures and thoughtful details can completely transform the atmosphere of a meal.
But creating an elegant table is not about buying more pieces.
It is about understanding composition, balance and presence.
At Hosting Table, we guide individuals and brands in creating tables that feel refined, intentional and memorable.
Because the table is not only about aesthetics.
It is about the experience you create for the people around it.
Discover how to elevate your table.

What started with the Pansy Salad Plates!
I was thinking they would be perfect to pair with my green Bordallo cabbage plates to compliment all the green in the salad plates. I quickly pivoted to my dark red Bordallo cabbage plates and love the results!
As per usual my mix of patterns is always essential. Enjoy your Friday and weekend.

Adding artwork to this gorgeous silver chinoserie wallpaper is the final touch in completing this dining room 🍽️

When decorating - I’m the type to never rush to a decision & always hold out until I find “the perfect piece” since there’s nothing I loathe more than having to do something twice since I'm very much a do it once do it right type 🤍

But after two & a half years with a bare wall - I had to make an exception. While I do love this piece of artwork - eventually I’d love to replace it with something larger, but for now I’ve got it hanging temporarily with some 3M hooks until I can find something bigger & better ✨

Tell me - where’s your favorite place to find larger scale artwork? 🖼️

Also - can we talk about how far this room has come since it had a chalkboard wall?! Such a fun before & after for transforming this space with just paint, wallpaper, lighting & furniture 🏡

Burnout doesn’t always come from the boardroom—sometimes it starts in your kitchen.

This week I reached for two things that keep me grounded:

📔My @laureldenise planner- tells me what’s next.
🗓️My Croatian Lent calendar - reminds me of”why” I’m slowing down.

Together, they do more than track time—-they protect my peace.

Instead of scrambling at 5pm- I plan ahead with grace & intention.

I wrote my shopping list @ethnocroatia.hr notebook and headed to @loblaws.official.

Recipe- Eggplant “meat’balls from @betterhomesandgardens

Ingredients
5 cups peeled and chopped eggplant
8 -oz cremini mushrooms, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup cashews, finely chopped
1 egg lightly beaten
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
nonstick cooking spray

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a large shallow baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange chopped eggplant and mushrooms in a prepapred pan and drizzle with olive oil. toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until tender and beginning to brown about 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and cool.
2. Transfer cooled eggplant and mushrooms to a food processor. Cover and pulse until finely chopped and the mixture resembles the texture of ground meat. Transfer to large bowl. Add next 8 ingredients (through crushed red pepper) and 1/2 cup of the parmesan to the eggplant mixture, mix well. Cover and chill at least 15 minutes before shaping.
3. Line a shallow baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape eggplant mixture into 24 (about 2 tablespoon balls) and place on sheet pan. Lightly coat ball tops with cooking spray. Bake until golden brown and firm about 20-25 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

Big Goals can feel overwhelming—But not when you plan Pomalo.
If you’ve ever felt like planning a big goal- whether it’s a dream trip, a career move, or simply getting through a busy season—you’re not alone.
But what if you approached it differently. Instead of rushing, stressing & feeling behind before you start what if you slow down & plan with more intention.
✨start with meaning- why does this goal matter to you.
