POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Here's my event list for the rest of the year!

I took a bit to gather and confirm these markets (which meant I missed my announcements for October), and this is my current lineup! I'll mostly have shows in WI aside from one show in MN, though I might try to squeeze in more if the timing lines up. Not all the shows shown are ones I've been confirmed for, which I've marked with an asterisk, but I sure hope I get into them (as they're some of my favorites).

Without further ado, swipe to see what I have in store!

The Minneapolis @giftandartexpo is a new one to me, but I've heard good things about it and I'm visiting the Twin Cities for my birthday anyway. Two birds with one stone and all that. Come say hi, it's not too often I'm in Minnesota!

Ok, I'm not confirmed for this @scorpiomarketmadison , since they just released applications a couple of days ago, but you best believe I applied as soon as possible. I really love this market, it's very queer and full of love and life. I love the alt/indie feel a lot and you might too!

The Green Crafty Fair is a spin-off of the ever popular @thecraftyfair, focusing on eco-friendly and sustainable arts, of which I certainly champion. Stay green and support local by coming here!

Black Friday, ah Black Friday. While you may need to buy your essentials from Big Box Stores™, please come buy your gifts with the Black Friday @madisonmakersmarket! Get pleasantly buzzed while supporting a local maker.

I've heard excellent reviews from customers and vendors alike for @hovercraftmke as one of the best one-day markets in the area, so I'm excited to show up with my wares this year! This is an extremely curated holiday market so you know you're going to get the best of the best here.

Who doesn't love a supper club? It's such a quintessentially Midwestern vibe that I had to sign up for a supper cub themed market. Come to the @themakersclub.wi Holiday Market to partake! Oh, did I also mention this market supports the Humane Animal Welfare Society (@haws_waukesha) as well?

And my final (unconfirmed) market is the @thebiggaymarket. Mere days before the gifting time, this is a great place to get your weird, queer, and dear friends a l

Here are some of the things I do as an artist when not doing taxes.

(There's a lot, I swear)

I ordered 800 bookmarks last month and only got 1/3 of the way done before calling it. I have to finish doing it at some point though...

After applying for shows, I have to pay for shows! Sometimes I get nervous after paying a bunch of invoices but I know I'm going to make it back in spades

Whenever @picture_salon sees me coming, they ask if I'm ordering for a big show, and I am pleased to say yes I am

Nora is the cutest though she looks despondent on even the nicest of days

I brought 5 to @makeartmke and within 2 hours they got snatched up. Time to restock from @canvastry?

I'm prepping a medieval costume and a hand-painted sign for this at least. We'll see what else I can swing!

I'm going to mordant 40 hand towels for this in the biggest pot. Catch me cackling and stirring like a witch

And I'll do my taxes too, don't you worry about it!

In between multiple bouts of sickness, including hand-foot-mouth aka the devil’s virus, we managed to have a cutie December. ❤️💚

Late to the game but Hover Craft this past weekend was DREAMY!!! Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shopped, and chatted! It left me feeling very grateful and fulfilled and thank you @hovercraftmke for having me back 🫶🏼

Also! I just posted a new piece on my Substack! It’s about the song & music video that I made in Wyoming, and how to stop yourself from second guessing creative choices. Check it out and subscribe to my Substack to get the newsletter directly in your email inbox or in the app! 🔗 in bio!
