Back at the old stomping ground today!! My Grandma got something through the Post, from the RHN (Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability) and I’m still in it!! Years and years later. Behind the Wheel again today after a little break. Had an MOT and some other stuff prevented me from using it but could earlier and it went well! Like everything, sometimes taking some time away from it - can actually benefit you and make your experience better! We’ve seen this with other things too. For example: my exercises with @lou_thebodymechanic ; Shot Putt and other throwing (of course I work on other things in the meantime) the List goes on. Rest is important. Enforcing rest is crucial, for me, yes, but for anyone and everyone! Had a chilled day yesterday. Watched films and did absolutely nothing. It was nice and needed. Today was up early to help with some coaching at Hove RFC. Stayed on to watch the Colts too. It’s been a great Day! It got a bit cold towards the end but am feeling ready for another good week!! Hope you guys are too!!

FIXTURES 🔵🟣

All three sides are in action, with 3:00 pm kick-offs across the board.

1st XV 🔥 Still unbeaten, and the lads travel to Reeds Weybridge looking to keep that run going.

2nd XV 💪 After a narrow loss, the 2nds are hungry to get back to winning ways when Lewes visit The Rec.

3rd XV 🍻 The winning ways continue at Newick, and a few golden oldies are lacing up the boots again!

Come down and get behind the boys, whether you’re home or away. 🙌
