I’ve been really enjoying incorporating our new VALD ForceDecks into client assessments.

They’ve been a game changer, allowing us to move beyond observation and objectively measure how your body performs.

Today’s testing included:
⚪️ Squat Assessment
⚪️ Countermovement Jump (CMJ)

These assessments help us identify:
⚪️ Left vs right strength differences
⚪️ Power and force production
⚪️ Movement strategies
⚪️ Potential injury risk factors
⚪️ Progress throughout rehabilitation

The best part? These are just two of many assessments available. With the VALD ForceDecks, we can tailor testing to your individual goals, injury, or sport, giving us the information we need to build a more targeted treatment and rehabilitation plan.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, dealing with ongoing pain, or looking to improve your sporting performance, ForceDecks testing provides valuable insights to help you move and perform at your best.

Interested in seeing how your body performs? Feel free to mention in your next visit or simply get in touch 💪🏼 #myotherapy #health #geelong #recovery

Papamoa/Tauranga/Mount Chefs, We Need You! Three weeks into our pilot, we need to find more chefs willing to lead the kitchen on a Monday. This is something we rely on with our pop-up model. Huge thanks to @sheepynz83, @zachthetractor, @how_lovelee & @chefmatagascar for getting the job done on Monday, the food was delicious and 107 people were extremely grateful for your effort turning all that otherwise wasted food into a 3-course masterpiece. If you’re a chef or know any that are keen to give us a hand please get in touch. We’re also on the hunt for volunteers to help with prep during the day. At this stage we still don’t know who is cooking next Monday. Help us out by tagging your favourite restaurants and chefs. Photos by @flurogreyphotography

I had the most amazing yearly adventure for the past three years. Burning man was there to go home to, at the end of every summer. The heat before the cold winter was what my body needed. The friendship and soul journey it took me on is unexplainable. The performing, choreographing, tears and dedication it sent me through gave me a clear vision and feeling of the powerhouse Queen I am🐝
All at the same time conjoining lives, trust, passion and love with the love of my life @devonkenzo❤

• this year was different we were planning to change it up and leave to Argentina for the total global eclipse. It all switched paths very quickly. This week got me feeling all sorts of feelings. Being forever grateful for what I got to experience and live through. Burning man changed my life, for the better. I thank you @burningman and everyone involved.
