One of our favorite things is getting to show our friends and family around Charleston and share all the little reasons we love living here.

Part of why we bought this house was to have a place where our people could come stay and spend time with us. Traveling isn’t cheap, especially with a whole family, so being able to offer them a place to stay means a lot to us.

And when we’re not using it to host our own people, we rent it out as an Airbnb. @stayduvet makes that part so easy for us and truly makes it a passive income.

Fall on LBI is pretty magical. 🍂

Pumpkins, crisp air, sunny days, quieter streets, and some of the prettiest views of the year.

A little reminder that LBI isn’t just for summer.

Swipe to see fall in Barnegat Light. 🤎

Send this to someone who thinks LBI is only a summer destination.

Dreaming of making LBI your own? Comment LBI and I’ll send you all the homes currently for sale on the island.

Very close to the Pompano Beach Pier you can sip a very good coffee and taste small plates and snacks for breakfast and lunch. This is How you Brewin @howyoubrewin in Pompano Beach 🏝️

This is an authentic place with good quality coffee and tea and other refreshers, where you can have unlimited coffee if you are an usual visitor and get the refill program.

I have to tell you that what I like the most about this coffee shop is the atmosphere and the people who work here.

If you want to get good hot or iced coffee near Pompano, by the beach, you have to come to How You Brewin ☕️💯 😋

My final review is 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

15 listings, lots of steps, and a great day with my fellow RE/MAX girl, @jillremaxlbi Jillian Cerbone! 🏡👟❤️

A huge thank you to @suretycoastalteam and First Alliance Bank for hosting such a wonderful Broker’s Open Caravan today! Jillian and I teamed up for a fun day touring beautiful homes, getting our steps in, and connecting with REALTORS® from different brokerages throughout our area!

Special thanks to both hosts for treating us to breakfast from @howyoubrewin and lunch from @tuckerslbi !

Personally, I’m so grateful for the opportunity to meet so many amazing local REALTORS®, build new relationships, and continue learning from others in the industry. Already looking forward to the next one! ❤️

Harbor Village, Part 2 — because the home is only part of the story.
⠀
In Part 1, I showed you the neighborhood and the homes.
⠀
Part 2 is about everything around them.
⠀
Being able to walk to the beach.
Grab coffee nearby.
Move through quiet residential streets.
And have the kind of everyday routine that makes a neighborhood feel more like home.
⠀
That’s why I always say real estate doesn’t stop at the front door.
⠀
The house matters, of course.
But so does how you’ll actually live once you step outside of it.
⠀
And that’s the part of Harbor Village I wanted to show you here.

From sunrise to dinner on the water… this is my idea of the perfect day in Pompano Beach!

Start with a beautiful sunrise, then head to @howyoubrewin for our non-negotiable coffee stop. My husband @allan.hirsch is a coffee connoisseur and rates this the best! ☕

Next, a stroll along the pier and breakfast at @luckyfishbeachbar before a little friendly competition on the pickleball court. If it’s the weekend, a stop at @kilwinspompanobeach for ice cream is a must! 🍦

Then it’s time to relax on the beach, followed by dinner on the water at @kasumiboca. Good food, beautiful views and time together. ❤️

Save this for your next visit or if you’re thinking of relocating, imagine having all this on your doorstep!

Could you see yourself living here? Let’s chat!

What an amazing coffee date! 🌴☀️🤍
The weather was perfect, the food and coffees were delish, the pier brought such a beautiful breeze, and the ice cream and lemonade was exactly what we needed with the hot sun! I thought I was good at planning a date, but I’ve been one-upped😂 my man can do it all fr💅🏼 #marriedcouples #pompanobeach

While we were in LBI for a wedding, we found ourselves a nice coffee ☕️ shop. @HowYouBrewin in #SurfCityNJ is clean, modern and cozy stop for the coffee crowd. We grabbed some lattes and baked goods before heading home to do some tiki prep. Good coffee and good eats and not much of a wait in the off season. #HowYouBrewinLBI #CoffeeMates
