POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This week I attended an excellent LED webinar with international LED educator Tracy May-Harriott, learning more about the new FaceLITE Pro mask.

As a therapist trained in LED therapy, I'm a huge fan of consistent home LED use...provided you're using the right technology!

I already use and recommend FaceLITE, both myself and in the treatment room.

Here's what matters when choosing an LED mask…

*Do you trust your LED manufacturer?
Has it clinically tested its own mask, or is it relying on research carried out on other devices? This is an important check.

*More LEDs don't necessarily mean better results.
Wavelengths, intensity and dose matter.

*Consistency is absolute key for results
10-minute sessions, 3–5 times weekly.

* What results can you expect?
FaceLITE Original £270...brighter, smoother more hydrated skin, reduced redness
* FaceLITE PRO £395...the above plus targeted support for wrinkles, pigmentation and under eye dark circles.

Both masks are FDA cleared and FaceLITE PRO is already award winning since its launch this year.

Both are available from Ultimate Unwind, please contact me for more info.

NO GATEKEEPING.

We don’t believe in keeping doors closed to protect our own success.

Same industry? Come on in.
Same clients? There’s room.
Same ambition? Even better.

Because another woman winning doesn’t mean you’re losing.

At FoundHer, we share the room, the knowledge, the connections and the opportunities.

We don’t build walls around our circles. We make them bigger.

Different women. Different stories. One hell of a powerful room

This is what community should look like.

💛 Fancy a change of pace with some lovely women in business tomorrow morning?

I know there’s lots going on in Sheffield tomorrow, so we might be a smaller table than usual at @networkbeee But smaller doesn’t mean less! Sometimes, it means even better conversations. 🫶

If, like myself you’ve been so busy doing the do and the work/life juggle, this one is for you 😊

Running a business can feel a little lonely and overwhelming (speaking from experience here 🙋🏼‍♀️) but you don't have to have it all figured out or do it on your own. Sometimes being in a room full of women who get it, is just what you need.

Come along and spend a couple of hours with us.
✨ Good conversations
✨ Shared experiences
✨️ Fresh perspectives
✨ Genuine connections

📅 Tomorrow, Wednesday 14 October ⏰ 10am–12pm 📍 The Florentine, Fulwood, Sheffield

Come along on your own, we’re a supportive bunch, we'll make sure you feel welcome, and you'll hopefully leave with a little more buzz than when you arrived 💛

🎟️ Book your place via the link in @networkbeee bio 🐝

Chapter 9 2026
A month of getting out there, doing the do and embracing chaos. And I'm just about recovered from it 😅

A little gallery of some of the places and brilliant people I got to do it all with 🫶

Thank you for the kindness while I navigated pain, long hours, overwhelm, running on fumes and the general ✨️ ADHD business owner and mumming experience ✨️

October: I'm just a girl standing in front of a month, asking it to be gentle 🙏

Well… this is rather exciting! 💜

I’m absolutely delighted to share that I’ve been invited to join the judging panel for the Professional Beauty Awards 2027!

To be asked to judge awards within an industry that I’ve been part of for over 25 years is a real punch me moment!

I’ve experienced this industry from so many different sides over the years - as a therapist, salon owner, educator, trainer and mentor….and I know just how much hard work, passion and commitment goes on behind the scenes of a successful business.

Having entered awards myself, I know how much it means to put your business forward, tell your story and have your work recognised by the industry.

So, now finding myself on the other side of the judging process feels incredibly special and a little surreal! 💜

I can’t wait to get started reading the entries, discovering some brilliant businesses and celebrating the people who continue to raise the bar within our industry.

A huge thank you to Professional Beauty for putting your trust in me. I’m genuinely honoured to be part of the 2027 judging panel.

Yes, sometimes print does go wrong…
…and it’s always that one job that really needs to go right! 😬

But there’s always a Plan B, C and D up my sleeve 🧙‍♀️

Because when there’s a will, there’s always a way, the luxury brochures produced for @susan_routledge are now being admired in the hands of prospective new clients as I type.

It only took a late-night SOS, an early-morning rendezvous after a 100+ mile round trip for the pair of us, followed by a five-hour session of unpicking staples, collating pages into the correct order and restapling.

Then an hour round trip to deliver them into the safe hands of my other wonderful clients, Mr & Mrs @hpbconnector who, in less than 12 hours, had them at Excel London with Susan, ready for the @professionalbeauty.ukshows expo to open.

All in a day’s work, as they say! 😂

If you’re at the expo, Susan is one of the event speakers, so go and say hi!

And if you’re in the beauty industry, these two amazing humans are absolutely worth connecting with ❤️

I’m so lucky to have such amazing clients who trust me. When I’m on your team, I absolutely will go the extra 100+ miles to make things work ✨️

Thank you so much team. Enjoy the show! 🫶

I can't believe it's been a week since our masterclass, How to Calm the F#&k Down.

It's always amazing to be surrounded by women, to connect and share skincare rituals which help us all feel a bit better.

Huge thanks to everyone who joined us, I'm already looking forward to our next one in October which is already sold out!

There are spaces available for our November masterclass, I'll share full details tomorrow, but for now, it's all about calming the F#@k down!

There are a LOT of LED masks out there.

I know, it can be incredibly confusing knowing what’s actually worth investing in.

For me, it comes down to one thing:

What’s underneath the marketing?

The new FaceLITE PRO has been two years in development and uses five clinically selected wavelengths:

✨ 610nm – supporting tone, texture and radiance

✨ 630nm – supporting collagen activity, brightness and visible redness

✨ 660nm – targeting deeper skin rejuvenation, firmness and the appearance of wrinkles

✨ 850nm – near-infrared light supporting deeper tissue repair and recovery

✨ 1070nm – reaching deeper tissue to support elasticity, density and firmness

FaceLITE is designed to work at different depths and support different aspects of skin health.

Importantly, it has undergone independent clinical testing, looking at visible improvements including wrinkles, pigmentation, redness and under-eye darkness.

That matters to me.

Because LED isn’t simply about having lights in a mask, an ‘influencer or celebrity’ paid endorsement.

Wavelength. Dose. Delivery. Engineering. Evidence.

They all matter.

I’m interested in technology that has substance behind it.

And this is one I genuinely rate. 🤍

Always check suitability and contraindications before using LED. (That’s where your skin professional will guide you).

Drop me a DM to order

Love Andrea xx
