TAKING UP SPACE - Founders’ Table edition.

First one done and what fun! I laughed a lot, had wholesome chats and a delicious lunch.

This one featured many of the OGs of TWC - all members, all awesome supporters and now friends. I wanted to tell them about Adobe and feed them a bougie lunch for their support over the past two years.

More of these events to come. Thank you @adobeuk for making it possible ❤️

The Retreat came out of the what’s app group 💃🏻🥂

Friday fun and glad it’s the bank holiday weekend as we’re missing our retreat bubble!

Last weekend there was a lot of deep diving done on confidence, but we also had a SH!T load of fun! 😜

Last Thursday, myself and six other amazing women arrived in Malaga and headed to a gorgeous Finca near Cómpeta for a retreat – I’ve never been on one before, so had no idea what to expect. I knew it was going to good, and I was so excited, but it really was so much more than I was expecting.

Brilliantly organised, a stunning location up in the hills with beautiful views, a pool, hot tub, a stunning pergola for our workshops, plus yoga and a sound bath for good measure! Oh, and three photoshoots from the brilliant @aldcroft_photography who always makes it fun and helps you wear your brave pants in front of the camera!

The workshops run by @gemmaleaedelman were very emotional at points (I needed shares in Kleenex), but all ended on a good note – especially the last one!

The food at the Finca was absolutely delicious and we had an amazing dinner out in Cómpeta town on the Friday night.

So many memories were made and just loved hanging out with all the Cómpeta Crew! I keep thinking about one of the things that Gemma said in one of her workshops: “what do I need right now?” – I think I can safely say “Let’s do it all again please!” ❤️

Thanks so much to Tanya and Gemma for organising this retreat soooooo well and bringing us all together for this really special trip.

This time last week I was on an early flight to Malaga for my first ever retreat.

I booked it last year not really knowing what to expect but it was above expectations.

We stayed in a beautiful Finca in a stunning location in Cómpeta. A lovely pool for early morning dips, hot tub, amazing views, a studio for our workshops, yoga, stretching and sound bath. Delicious food and all superbly hosted by Tanya and Gemma who looked after us all so well 💙

We had time to chat, reflect, rest, laugh, cry and just slow down. Much needed!

I came back feeling lighter and calmer with clear clarity of what is important to me.

Time out for yourself is needed and I’m giving myself permission to do it more often. Go for that walk, sit and eat your lunch away from your desk, take the afternoon off or sit and read your book in the daytime 😊

Thanks to @aldcroft_photography and @gemmaleaedelman for making it happen. Their first retreat but definitely not their last and to my amazing Cómpeta Crew 🇪🇸 - you’re the best 😘

What An Experience.

I didn’t fully know what to expect from this retreat but it was more than I ever anticipated.

We laughed. We cried (a lot!). We spoke honestly and showed up authentically. We were looked after.

Gemma & Tanya held the safest and most supportive space for us all.

At the beginning of the retreat Gemma asked for a word or sentence about why we came or what we wanted from the experience. I said clarity and confidence. And that’s exactly what I left with.

So much more to say and share about it all, but to start with thanks to my Cómpeta crew 🇪🇸 - it wouldn’t have been the same without each of you ❤️

✨ Final Day of The Retreat ✨

This last day was all about putting into practice everything we’d learnt over the weekend and shining in all our glory 🔥

It’s been the most transformational weekend with the most special women and we’re so grateful that they chose us to walk alongside them on this journey 🥰

The waiting list for 2027 is now open! WHO’S COMING? 💥

✨Day Three of The Retreat ✨

The final workshop closed this journey of connecting with our confidence and finally being able to look in the mirror with pride, self worth and self love 🥰

This all shone through with an incredible photo shoot in the village where the women embraced a sense of fun and freedom 💃🏻

Gorgeous cocktails followed at a rooftop bar and private dining back at the villa to end the final night 🧡

✨ Day Two of The Retreat ✨

Today was all about breaking through the blocks around visibility and what holds us back so that the women were feeling confident, calm and excited about their first photo shoot 📸

But what would a retreat be without some down time by the pool, lots of amazing food and giggles a plenty ❤️

✨ Day One of The Retreat ✨

The fun has finally begun as everyone arrived at the retreat location! Fizz and a dip in the pool before getting intentional with the first workshop.

✈️ One more sleep until the retreat and I’ve arrived in Spain!!!

Gemma and I spent the afternoon in Malaga prepping for everyone arriving tomorrow, and for our shoot in the city on Sunday.

We are soooo excited to be welcoming some incredible women to this beautiful place tomorrow and excitement levels are HIGH 🥂
