On July 11th, we hosted our very first charity event for the people over at @claddaghwatchpatrol.

We raised over €600 via donations online and by the tickets we sold on the night.

To everyone who donated - Thank you so so much, we had no idea that this was something that could be reached and to see everyone share love and came down to dance on one of the nicest days of the year really made me swell up on the day. Thank you to now until the end.

Thank you to our DJs who played on the day - @_psylo , @wagwanjc , @azrael.dj and the lads who fucking gave it everything - @manniooooo and @dj.boyfriend_ - Ye lads we're killer

To our photographers @hrishishere & @laurengrant_art - Thank You for capturing the moments - You guys are amazing at what ye do behind a lens!

Thank you also to the venue @theol55pub for having us as well as @djgreen_oifigiuil from @bad_arts_entertainment for pulling this all together in the end for us - Couldn't be more grateful

BROADS | @themicklallytheatre | May 2025 ⚖️

Wow, what can I say.

The past three nights have been such a magical whirlwind of laughter, chaos and creativity, with an outpouring of love and support, that feels so rich and full, I have to sit with it a while longer, to truly allow the magnitude of it, and what we achieved to sink in.

BROADS has undoubtedly been my most creatively fulfilling endeavor, as a Writer, Actress and Director. It’s significant, and it’s special. And so are all of the people involved in its creation. Looking back, it feels like this idea was a gift, that only @katiefeeney2, @elli.gee and I, could possibly receive, and unravel. As Ellen rightly stated “We followed the fun!”

The childlike playfulness, joy, creativity and friendships, that this show has inspired and brought into my life, are also gifts. The freedom to follow our instincts. The never ending creative flow that kept gaining momentum, and carrying us to even more exciting and ridiculous ideas. The courage to try them. The confidence to believe in them and their power.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

To Katie, Ellen, Tom, Aran, Hannah, Jess and James - who all brought this show to life, and painted it in their own special way, with their own unique and colorful palettes. I’m in awe of what we’ve created together, and I’m beaming with pride that it’s ours. You are the most inspiring bunch of superstars, whose talent and imagination knows no bounds. I have so much love, respect and admiration for you all. 🤍

To the audiences that welcomed us with open minds and open hearts, while presenting something born of our truest originality and creative expression. It was always our hope that it would be as fun for you all to receive, as it was for us to.

It made me reflect on my favorite Musical Theatre lyric from Stephen Sondheim’s Sunday In The Park With George:

“Anything you do, let it come from you. Then it will be new. Give us more to see.” 🤍

I understand it in a way I never did before 🥹🙏🏻

Saturday Nov 9th - very excited to be heading up north to celebrate Samhain at one of what have been amazing events of togetherness @awakeningthenorth23.

As always, I can't thank this community enough for how brilliant my experience has been so far.

Ireland Day 5: Miltown Malbay - Galway AKA the best night of the trip 🤣

@callumdoyle1242 recommended I took the Dingle to Galway route and it didn't disappoint holy moly the rock formations were incredible!

I ended up having some brilliant food at @greensandco.galway and met @sinakris at the hostel where I convinced her far too easily to come on a bar crawl 😂

The night was absolutely amazing and we had a group of three hostels totalling 11 of us all having a blast and making brilliant friendships - we were quite the bunch coming from America, France, Germany, South America and of course England

Might need another post for the rest of the night's antics 🤣
