“I’ve been waiting on this my whole life…” Well I graduated yesterday… it’s such a bittersweet feeling and very overwhelming. I feel as if it wasn’t even that long ago that I came to the high school and shaped myself into the man I am today. I am so grateful for every single person there and the ones i graduated with, i’ll never forget the memories, they will dwell for as long as i breathe, and for the trials and tribulations, well they taught me more than I ever thought id consume at such a young age. But, im happy with how everything happened and why it happened. They say iron sharpens iron and thats why I surrounded myself with some of the greatest people I will never forget. It’s so nostalgic to think of how far me and my friends have came, i’m grateful for every late night drive, eat in at sheetz, and every adventure but i’ll always remember the days when we’d walk to dunkin or mcdonald’s after school before we’d go home and play games all night or go see the friday night lights. I’ll forever come back to this chapter of my life and think of it with a fondness that i never had will I was there which gives a little bit a regretful feeling. Sometimes things have their way of making me feel like I took the time for granted when it’s now gone, a nice example would be my lunch table this year. I never realized how much fun I had and honestly how good it was to get a free meal everyday lol. I gotta admit, I wish the days never ended when my mind always thought… “lord, is this school day over yet.” because now i’d give anything to go back to freshman year and get a good laugh with the old squad. But, thanks to every person that has shaped me into the guy yall all know and love, especially my family and closest friends. Now it’s time though, for all i’ve been waiting for… after every year of dedication and relentless effort, let’s go see what this world has to offer for a a kid like me. You know what they say, “the show must go on…” With that being said, hit the lights and get the cameras flashing baby, it’s time to build a name for myself and a life i’ve only ever daydreamed of. Farewell!🤞🏻 #co26🎓 #alumni #shs #freedom

Hard to put 6 years into one post.
Since seventh grade, track has been one of the biggest parts of my life. This team really became a second family to me, and some of my strongest friendships were built on the track. Last season was tough, but it made this season mean even more, and this year reminded me why I love this sport so much. Thank you to my coaches, teammates, and especially my family for always believing in me. I’m going to miss this more than words can explain. All glory to God.
