This recent event wasn’t just a gala—it was a homecoming. 🌟

Overjoyed doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt celebrating the incredible people of the community that helped raise me by supporting the Hampton Roads Youth Foundation @hryf757 through the MATTIE Fund. These are the type of adults who showed up, believed in me and made space for my dreams to grow. 💛 and who now work so hard volunteering their time and talents to do the same thing for the next generation of young people from Hampton Roads.

Let’s be clear: when adults invest in young people—truly support their mental health, honor their voices, and walk beside them as they move toward their dreams—we don’t just change lives. We change the future.

To every mentor, donor, teacher, and neighbor who said “yes” to a child’s potential: thank you. You are the blueprint. ✨

30th Annual Hampton Roads Youth Camp.

🎯 150 athletes. One mission.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to lead mobility, dynamic warm-up, CNS activation, and movement preparation for over 150 young athletes.

Before speed, power, and competition comes preparation.

Great movement creates better performance. Better performance starts with quality movement.

Every drill had a purpose:
• Increase mobility
• Activate key muscle groups
• Prime the nervous system
• Improve movement efficiency
• Reduce injury risk

The goal isn't just to get athletes tired—it's to get them ready to perform.

Grateful to be part of another Hampton Roads Youth Camp and invest in the next generation of athletes.

Movement is medicine. Preparation is performance.
