Paris, France!

Okay before moving on, of course the last night of the whole tour group being together, made friends with North Carolinians in our group, as well as Swiss Boy … Kili !! Kili lives in Unteriberg and woks as a chef! He is so sweet, got a picture with him through our hotel front door :) anyways, PARIS! Not quite what I was expecting honestly, but still a beautiful and unique city I was so happy to experience! We took a bullet train going OVER 200 MPH to get there!! Not gonna lie I jumped when we went past another train. Lowkey terrifying. Thanks Reese for whippin out the switch😎 visited the Norte Dame (Hunchback made an appearance !! ;)) still under construction from the fires, but soon to open again to the public! Got to witness the chaos of The Arch de Triomphe, but not a single accident! Very impressed and terrified of Paris drivers. then … THE EIFFEL TOWER!! That thing is HUGE! Like I knew it was big, but wow. Also tried some Escargot aka SNAILS … wasn’t bad not gonna lie, very buttery and grarlic-y with the texture of a snail :) lastly saw as much as possible in The Louvre Museum. Had to see the Mona Lisa #selfie! The other parts within the museum I did see, I was very pleased with. All very beautiful, very articulate, and just overall mind boggling to think people created these works of art so long ago and they still stand today. first picture is mom’s favorite work of art, water lilies by Claude Monet in the Orangerie Museum. One thing I MUST see when I’m back in Paris, is the twinkle of the Eiffel Tower lights at night✨

That concludes the spam!! If I could, I would upload every picture I have in my camera roll as well as the shared album with my fabulous group of Californians!! Hope to one day take another trip back to these beautiful places and many more!! Thank you Europe🤍

Munich & Linderhoff, Germany!

quick stop at the BMW museum. Fun fact, that stands for Bavarian Motor Works :) some pretty sweet rides in there. motorcycles were the only thing we could really test out … how do I look :) after that took off to Hofbräuhaus and got some REAL beers. Y’all see the size of them😳?? Natalie got a traditional barvarian meal with that being the knuckle of a pig … we all took a nibble, it was interesting. And then some pretzels as well … they were dry :) beer was good though! ALSO! fun fact, you can drink in public in Germany! So obviously had to take advantage and get a beer to drink in the streets🍺 added to the travel bucket list is coming back to Munich to celebrate Oktoberfest🍻 it’s a must. also took a pitstop at the Linderhoff castle. Weren’t able to take any pictures inside, but the gardens were GORGEOUS!! Annnd lastly one more pitstop to view another castle from afar :) castle look familiar?

Europe !!

with it being the last day of summer, reminiscing the moments and experiences I got to live through this summer. I WENT TO EUROPE !! and I’m definitely missing it :’) so sorry in advance if I take over your feed :)))

Berlin & Dresden, Germany! Berlin was our first stop on the trip. The Berlin Wall I thought would be a bit … bigger. But the amazing graffiti and artwork that lined the whole west side was a beautiful surprise!! Checked out Checkpoint Point Charlie, the point of separation between East and West Berlin during the Cold War. And lastly Amplemann, Berlin’s crosswalk traffic light🚦Hopped on our bus the next day and headed to Dresden for a pit stop. Had to capture the architecture that these cities hold after wars, bombings, and destruction … still in awe🩵
