Ayer mi psicóloga me dijo : "Cuando tomamos desiciones lo podemos hacer des de tres personas. Des del niño, des del padre y des del adulto." Y muchas cosas tomaron sentido.
¿Y tu? ¿Desde donde tomas tus desiciones?

𝗙𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗬!

Can’t begin to express how grateful I am for my family 🤩

How important it is to have a healthy family, both physically as well as mentally and socially healthy

🗓It’s been roughly 6 weeks in Spain, since @sunifromtaiwan and I left China at the beginning of June and as time puts everything in its place I realize that 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨

😄 I am fortunate to have the family I have, both in 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻 and in 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻 and as we start a new chapter in life, it is clear that one of the main goals is to appreciate and care for them more!

The ones that are always there…but won’t be there forever! Use the time together wisely
