The fun went down at Ichiban Hibachi Grill in Winchester 🍣🔥 and wow, what a night! The hibachi chefs put on an incredible show — talk about skill + entertainment 👏

🍣 We kicked things off with sushi — super fresh, tons of variety.
🍜 The ramen bar was fantastic with great toppings (I went chicken and loved it).
🥩🐟 For hibachi, we tried steak, chicken, shrimp, and even swordfish (first time seeing that on hibachi — and it was delicious). Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without their homemade yum yum sauce 🙌

They even let us get behind the table for some fun — such a memorable experience. If you want dinner + a show, this is the spot!

Easily one of our top 3 foodie experiences to date 🤯🔥 We visited Vault & Cellar in Middletown, VA and it was absolutely incredible. The space has a vintage feel, the bourbon list is over 350+ strong 🥃, and the food is Appalachia-inspired with a modern twist.

✨ Highlights:
🐟 Tuna tartare + pork belly bites (one of the best bites I’ve ever had)
🥃 Old fashioned — top 5 ever, made with a proper solid ice cube
🥩 Pork chop — seasoned perfectly
🍪 Flaky biscuits with salty butter + sweet hot honey
🍦 Pickle ice cream — sounds wild, but the acidity + sweetness balanced perfectly
🍫 Flourless chocolate cake — soft, smoky, and unforgettable

This was an experience from start to finish. A must-visit — I’ll 100% be back!
