The reality is that training is rarely perfect. Even the most skilled will miss, mess up, and struggle (a lot). But THIS is why you’re training in the first place, and THIS is what will end up making you better. Frustration is earned, and the I’m Possible way is the way to train this summer (and beyond). Expectations vs Reality ~ MUST WATCH🧊[200/365]

🏀 Off-Season Work = In-Season Results 🏀

When the school season ends, a lot of kids start playing rec and travel basketball. It’s easy to forget to work on your foundational skills. Players get better in the off-season and you gotta incorporate some individual skill work with your playing.

I love working with dedicated young boys and girls that want to get better.

Footwork, ball handling, shooting, confidence—it all gets built right now in the off-season.

To all the boys and girls out there with goals:
This is your time.
This is where you make the jump.
This is where you decide how much better you want to be.

Let’s get to work. 💪

Reach out if you are in the Raleigh, Durham or Chapel Hill area and wanna be better !!

yes, the way we train may be different from most ~ but the results are obvious, & our methods are proven time and time again. If you’re truly serious about wanting to take your game to the next level, the time is NOW to start training the IPT way🔥 [106/365]

HUI Varsity Boys had the opportunity to play against a team from France. What an amazing opportunity for them! Amazing how a small 🏀 can bring people together! Thanks to the the legend Coach @tomt2tran for the hook up and @mar_4bs for the opportunity! Please tag anyone I missed!

What a run, these guys are the best group of guys I could have had to guide me into my first varsity year. Bringing me under their wing and teaching me the process is one of the many reasons I’m so thankful for these guys. They brought back my love for the game of basketball and we had a great run. Love y’all boys ❤️

there are times in the game where you’ll have to dribble fast/aggressive

there are also times in the game where slowing down, floating the ball 🏀, and changing pace will be just as important

the ability to do BOTH depending on the specific situation you find yourself in will be the difference👇👇👇

the difference between you getting off your shot or not

the difference between you beating your defender off the dribble or not

the difference between you having multiple offensive OPTIONS or not

the real question is, who did it better? 🤔 it’s a tough one! ☝️let me know in the comments 📝

*side note* ~ being grouped up with someone in your training will push you & challenge you even more to be great! Lucky to have one of the best JUCO players in the state @flyn_hayn122 be an example for @hudbball11 ~ BOTH have been training the IPT way for YEARS & their work continues to show 🎒✅

these next couple months are CRUCIAL (even though you all should have BEEN training consistently before this) ~ don’t waste any more time, & start training the IPT way🎒DM @im_possiblejko for all training inquiries (spots fill fast! 💨)

always remember WHY you’re training…

it could be getting towards a bigger role on your team…

it could be transitioning to a new position that you aren’t that used to playing…

it could be just wanting a better overall result than last season…

the list can go on and on!

however you’re training & whoever you’re training with, make sure you are doing so with a PURPOSE — every rep matters, and every detail might be the difference between you getting to where you want to get or not…

I think @hudbball11 has been training the Im Possible way now for like 8 years lol 😆 — now approaching his junior season, he’s still finding ways to get even more skilled & getting closer to the player he’s always wanted to be

skill stack: split thru to delayed drop — turn pound + extended step to under drag (cone tap) — foot switch — turn pound + extended step to under drag (cone tap) — cone grab to spin dribble release(cone exchange) — 2nd step reverse finish🫢

summer is HERE ☀️ ~ become the player you’ve always wanted to be! DM @im_possiblejko for all TRAINING INQUIRIES 🎒(ALWAYS taking new clients, BUT Spots WILL fill up FAST 💨)
