Oh Mamma Mia!! How I am so so sad it’s over.

I have some words to say to everyone a part of the production !

This was probably the most fun I’ve ever had and I’m so glad I got to have such an unforgettable experience with such an amazing cast who have become some of my favorite people ever. I’m so glad I got to do this with everyone!! From the absolute wreck our theatre was in just last year, we have tremendously improved and Mamma Mia is probably (I’m judging it based off of purely just being here, I can’t really talk much because I have not seen every single Ayala Production ever) one of the best productions we’ve put on. Last year, our theater had no tech at all and we started growing it and now I’m astonished to see so many people wanting to learn tech, and having such a huge tech/crew team makes me so indescribably happy. Last year, we got a new theater teacher who has turned this program around and built it to have such a strong community. I wasn’t in theater before last year so I can’t talk at all about how much the program has changed since then, but in comparison to the very very beginning of last year when I firstly joined theater, I can 100% tell you that it’s changed so much and I’m so grateful to have people I never thought I would see again in the theater program. This year, we’ve built a huge tech team, (og tech) taught them what we knew, and trained so that we don’t leave this program in a mess with no one to run anything. This year we’ve gained underclassmen in the theater company who will someday graduate remembering this production and how it changed the company in so many ways. The audience of 500(?) people was something i have never seen before at our school and I am so so proud of everyone in mamma Mia. The friendships I’ve made stronger throughout this show made me so excited to see everyone by the end of the day, even if it was incredibly tiring and stressful sometimes🤎 I love you all, I am so proud of you.
